DESCRIPTION
Honeywell’s stainless steel 19C, 19U, and 19 Vacuum Gage Series sensors were developed for pressure applications that involve measurement of hostile media in harsh environments compatible with 316 stainless steel. The special Vacuum Gage Series sensors are specifically designed for applications that can be exposed to vacuum.
The 19C Series are calibrated and temperature compensated. They are available for use with either a constant voltage or current source. They feature a variety of pressure connections to allow use in a wide range of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) equipment. The 19U Series is uncompensated for applications that use their own specialized circuit designs.
The 19C and 19U Series sensors are rugged and reliable transducers for use in a wide variety of pressure sensing applications where corrosive liquids or gases are monitored.

Description
The MPX2102 series devices are silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors providing a highly accurate and linear voltage output directly proportional to the applied pressure. The sensor is a single, monolithic silicon diaphragm with the strain gauge and a thin-film resistor network integrated on-chip. The chip is laser trimmed for precise span and offset calibration and temperature compensation.

The sensor element of the MS7801 consists of a silicon micro-machined membrane with a Pyrex glass mounted under vacuum. Implanted resistors make use of the piezo-resistive effect. The absolute pressure sensor (MS7801A) carries a sealed vacuum reference cavity underneath the membrane whereas the differential sensor (MS7801D) has a hole in the Pyrex glass at the backside of the sensor.

Product Description
The KP125N4115 is a miniaturized Absolute Pressure Sensor IC based on the capacitive principle. It is surface micromachined with a monolithic integrated signal conditioning circuit implemented in BiCMOS standard technology. Because the KP125N4115 is a high-precision IC for cost-critical solutions, the chip is packaged in a “green” low-cost SMD housing. The sensor is developed for measurement of barometric air pressure (BAP).
High accuracy and high sensitivity enable the deployment of this device in automotive applications as well as in consumer applications.
The calibrated transfer function converts a pressure range from 15 kPa to 115 kPa into an analog output voltage between 0.2 V and 4.7 V.

The MS54XX SMD pressure sensor series is designed for pressure sensor systems with highest demands on resolution and accuracy.
The device consists of a silicon micromachined pressure sensor die mounted on a 6.2
x 6.4 mm ceramic carrier protected by a metal cap.

DESCRIPTION
MS5536 is a family of high-resolution factory calibrated pressure sensors. The devices include a piezoresistive pressure sensor and a mixed signal IC.
The 3-wire serial interface ensures simple communication with any microcontroller.
The devices provide digital pressure and temperature information as 16-Bit data word each.
In addition 64-Bit of individually calibrated compensation coefficients are stored allowing for a highly accurate software compensation of process spread and temperature effects.
The devices have a very low standby current and automatically enter power down mode after each conversion.
The optimum compromise of refresh rate and average current consumption can be defined by the application software.

Description
 The MLX90210 is a discrete micromachined Pressure sensor IC suitable for pressure ranges between 0 to 1.0 Bar.
The pressure medium must be dry and non-corrosive, such as air.
The circuit is a piezoresistive bridge which is realized in silicon through a special micromachining process.
As pressure is applied to the bridge, a differential voltage change is seen across the Vout pins, while a bias voltage is applied to the Vexc pins.
The MLX90210 is a versatile pressure sensor solution which can be directly interfaced with other Melexis ICs such as the MLX90308, which provides amplification, signal conditioning as well as the bias current to supply the sensor itself.
