FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The DLO31F-series device is a gated delay line oscillator. The device produces a stable square wave which is synchronized with the falling edge of the Gate Input (GB). The frequency of oscillation is given by the device dash number (See Table). The two outputs (C1,C2) are in phase during oscillation, but return to opposite logic levels when the device is disabled.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AMS222 is a low-cost, oscillator intended to be used as an external clock for low-frequency applications. The device consists of a resistor-programmed oscillator with complementary output stage. An external resistor allows for output frequency range to be adjusted from 10kHz to 6MHz. The complimentary output stage is very useful in paralleling, switching regulators for doubling the output current. AMS222 is offered in SOT-23 5-leads package.

Description
The Si533 dual frequency XO utilizes Silicon Laboratories’ advanced DSPLL® circuitry to provide a low jitter clock at high frequencies. The Si533 is available with any-rate output frequency from 10 to 945 MHz and select frequencies to 1400 MHz. Unlike a traditional XO, where a different crystal is required for each output frequency, the Si533 uses one fixed crystal to provide a wide range of output frequencies. This IC based approach allows the crystal resonator to provide exceptional frequency stability and reliability. In addition, DSPLL clock synthesis provides superior supply noise rejection, simplifying the task of generating low jitter clocks in noisy environments typically found in communication systems. The Si533 IC based XO is factory configurable for a wide variety of user specifications including frequency, supply voltage, output format, and temperature stability. Specific configurations are factory programmed at time of shipment, thereby eliminating long lead times associated with custom oscillators.

DESCRIPTION
The NE/SA612A is a low-power VHF monolithic double-balanced mixer with on-board oscillator and voltage regulator. It is intended for low cost, low power communication systems with signal frequencies to 500MHz and local oscillator frequencies as high as 200MHz. The mixer is a “Gilbert cell” multiplier configuration which provides gain of 14dB or more at 45MHz.
The oscillator can be configured for a crystal, a tuned tank operation, or as a buffer for an external L.O. Noise figure at 45MHz is typically below 6dB and makes the device well suited for high performance cordless phone/cellular radio. The low power consumption makes the NE/SA612A excellent for battery operated equipment. Networking and other communications products can benefit from very low radiated energy levels within systems. The NE/SA612A is available in an 8-lead dual in-line plastic package and an 8-lead SO (surface mounted miniature package).

Description
 The GO1555 is a self contained, miniature Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). It produces a clean 1.485GHz reference clock signal with low spurious noise content. It is designed to drive 50Ω strip lines.
The VCO requires a single 2.5V supply and draws a maximum of 8mA of current. It is packaged in a miniature 8-pin proprietary surface mount package and operates over the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The GO1555 can be used in place of the older GO1525 VCO.
Compared to the GO1525, the GO1555 saves space, consumes less power and achieves better jitter performance.
Note: Optimal performance of the GO1555 is achieved using slightly different loop bandwidth component values than those used with the GO1525.
This component and all homogeneous subcomponents are RoHS compliant.

General Description
The LM5642 consists of two current mode synchronous buck regulator controllers operating 180° out of phase with each other at a normal switching frequency of 200kHz.
Out of phase operation reduces the input ripple RMS current, thereby significantly reducing the required input capacitance.
The switching frequency can be synchronized to an external clock between 150kHz and 250kHz. The two switching regulator outputs can also be paralleled to operate as a dual-phase single output regulator.
The output of each channel can be independently adjusted from 1.3 to 90% of Vin. An internal 5V rail is also available externally for driving bootstrap circuitry.
Current-mode feedback control assures excellent line and load regulation and a wide loop bandwidth for excellent response to fast load transients. Current is sensed across either the Vds of the top FET or across an external currentsense resistor connected in series with the drain of the top FET.
The LM5642 features analog soft-start circuitry that is independent of the output load and output capacitance making the soft-start behavior more predictable and controllable than traditional soft-start circuits.
Over-voltage protection is available for both outputs. A UVDelay pin is also available to allow delayed shut off time for the IC during an output under-voltage event.

The ICL8038 waveform generator is a monolithic integrated circuit capable of producing high accuracy sine, square, triangular, sawtooth and pulse waveforms with a minimum of external components. The frequency (or repetition rate) can be selected externally from 0.001Hz to more than 300kHz using either resistors or capacitors, and frequency modulation and sweeping can be accomplished with an external voltage. The ICL8038 is fabricated with advanced monolithic technology, using Schottky barrier diodes and thin film resistors, and the output is stable over a wide range of temperature and supply variations.
