General Description
The HMC-C050 is a GaAs HBT Ultra Low Noise Amplifi er in a miniature, hermetic module designed to operate between 2 and 18 GHz. This high dynamic range amplifi er module provides 13.5 dB of gain, 5 dB noise fi gure and up to +22.5 dBm of OIP3 with a single supply of +5V. The ultra low phase noise contribution of -160 dBc/Hz, enables superior modulation accuracy within transceiver architectures. The wideband distributed amplifi er I/O’s are internally matched to 50 Ohms and DC blocked for robust performance. The module features removable SMA connectors which can be detached to allow direct connection of the I/O pins to a microstrip or coplanar circuit.

DESCRIPTION
The KB3511 is a high efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a constant frequency, current mode architecture. The device is available in an adjustable version and fixed output voltages of 1.8V and 3.3V. Supply current during operation is only 25μA and drops to 1μA in shutdown. The 2.5V to 6.5V input voltage range makes the KB3511 ideally suited for single Li-Ion battery-powered applications. 100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems.
Automatic Trickle Mode operation increases efficiency at light loads, further extending battery life. Switching frequency is internally set at 2.2MHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors.
The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. Low output voltages are easily supported with the 0.6V feedback reference voltage. The KB3511 is available in a low profile (0.8mm) DFN33-10 package.

General Description
The RT9198/A is designed for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. The RT9198/A performance is optimized for battery-powered systems to deliver ultra low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the battery life.
The RT9198/A also works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount of board space necessary for power applications, critical in hand-held wireless devices. The RT9198/A consumes less than 0.01uA in shutdown mode and has fast turn-on time less than 50us.
The other features include ultra low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio. Available in the SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5,

 The HIP6211 is a dual CMOS low dropout linear regulator with ultra-low-noise output, very low
dropout voltage and very low ground current.
The HIP6211 operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and delivers up to 300mA, with low dropout of 150 mV at 300mA.

General Description
The AS1361/AS1362 are ultra-low-noise, low-dropout linear regulators specifically designed to deliver up to 150/300mA continuous output current, and can achieve a low 140mV dropout for 300mA load current. The LDOs are designed and optimized to work with low-cost, smallcapacitance ceramic capacitors.
The AS1361/AS1362 uses an advanced architecture to achieve ultra-low output voltage noise of 9μVRMS and a power-supply rejection-ratio of better than 80dB (up to 10kHz).
An active-Low, open-drain power-ok output indicates if the output voltage is within regulation.
The AS1361/AS1362 requires only 1μF output capacitor for stability at any load. When the LDO is disabled, current consumption drops below 500nA.
The devices are available in a TSOT23 6-pin package.

General Description
The AS1301 is a 50mA inductorless boost converter using a double H-bridge charge-pump topology with two external flying capacitors.
The AS1301 runs on a 1MHz fixed frequency and is utilized with a low noise regulation scheme to allow usage together with sensitive RF circuitry from the same battery supply.
Designed to reside in portable and space limited equipment the 1MHz charge pump converts a 2.7 to 5.25V input to regulated 5V output with 5% accuracy.
The shutdown function reduces the supply current to 5uA and disconnects the load from the output. The integrated soft-start circuitry prevents current spikes being drawn from the battery during start-up.
The AS1301 is available in TDFN (3x3x0.8mm) 10-pin and WL-CSP 8-bumps packages.
