The AMS2910 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 1A output current and to operate down to 1V input-to-output differential. The dropout voltage of the device is guaranteed maximum 1.5V at maximum output current, decreasing at lower load currents.
On-chip trimming adjusts the reference voltage to 1%. Current limit is also trimmed, minimizing the stress under overload conditions on both the regulator and power source circuitry.

General Description
The RT9198/A is designed for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. The RT9198/A performance is optimized for battery-powered systems to deliver ultra low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the battery life.

The S-L2980 series is a positive voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, and low current consumption developed based on CMOS technology.
A built-in low on-resistance transistor provides a low dropout voltage and a large output current. A shutdown circuit ensures long battery life.

General Description
The IXDD404 is comprised of two 4 Amp CMOS high speed MOSFET drivers. Each output can source and sink 4 A of peak current while producing voltage rise and fall times of less
than 15ns to drive the latest IXYS MOSFETS & IGBT's. The input of the driver is compatible with TTL or CMOS and is fully immune to latch up over the entire operating range. Designed
with small internal delays, cross conduction/current shootthrough is virtually eliminated in the IXDD404. Improved speed and drive capabilities are further enhanced by very low,
matched rise and fall times.
Additionally, each driver in the IXDD404 incorporates a unique ability to disable the output under fault conditions. When a logical low is forced into the Enable input of a driver, both of it's
final output stage MOSFETs (NMOS and PMOS) are turned off. As a result, the respective output of the IXDD404 enters a tristate mode and achieves a Soft Turn-Off of the MOSFET/
IGBT when a short circuit is detected. This helps prevent damage that could occur to the MOSFET/IGBT if it were to be switched off abruptly due to a dv/dt over-voltage transient.
The IXDD404 is available in the standard 8 pin P-DIP (PI), SOIC-8 (SIA) and SOIC-16 (SIA-16) packages. For enhanced thermal performance, the SOIC-8 and SOIC-16 are also available
with an exposed grounded metal back package as the SI and SI-16 respectively.

The 74AUP1Z04 is a high-performance, low-power, low-voltage, Si-gate CMOS device,
superior to most advanced CMOS compatible TTL families.
The 74AUP1Z04 combines the functions of the 74AUP1GU04 and 74AUP1G04 with
enable circuitry and an internal bias resistor to provide a device optimized for use in
crystal oscillator applications.
This device ensures a very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire
VCC range from 0.8 V to 3.6 V.
This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF at output Y.
The IOFF circuitry disables the output Y, preventing the damaging backflow current through
the device when it is powered down.
When not in use the EN input can be driven HIGH, pulling up the X1 input and putting the
device in a low power disable mode. Schmitt-trigger action at the EN input makes the
circuit tolerant to slower input rise and fall times across the entire VCC range from 0.8 V to
3.6 V.
The integration of the two devices into the 74AUP1Z04 produces the benefits of a

The GM66300 series is 3.0A low-dropout linear voltage regulators that provide a low-voltage, and high-current output with a minimum of external components.
The GM66300 series offers extremely low dropout (typically 400mV at 3.0A) and low ground current (typically 36mA at 3.0A).
