Description
The DG540/541/542 are high performance monolithic wideband/video switches designed for switching RF, video and digital signals. By utilizing a “T” switch configuration on each channel, these devices achieve exceptionally low crosstalk and high off-isolation. The crosstalk and off-isolation of the DG540 are further improved by the introduction of extra GND pins between signal pins.
To achieve TTL compatibility, low channel capacitances and fast switching times, the DG540 family is built on the Siliconix proprietary D/CMOS process. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on.

General Description
The HMC656LP2E / 657LP2E / 658LP2E are a line of wideband fi xed value SMT 50 Ohm matched attenuators which offer relative attenuation levels of 10, 15 and 20 dB respectively. These passive attenuators are ideal for military, test equipment, and other wideband applications where extremely fl at attenuation, and excellent VSWR vs. frequency are required.
These wideband attenuators handle up to +25 dBm of input power, and are compatible with high volume surface mount manufacturing techniques.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADF4350 allows implementation of fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers if used with an external loop filter and external reference frequency.
The ADF4350 has an integrated voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) with a fundamental output frequency ranging from 2200 MHz to 4400 MHz. In addition, divide-by-1/2/4/8 or 16 circuits allow the user to generate RF output frequencies as low as 137.5 MHz. For applications that require isolation, the RF output stage can be muted. The mute function is both pin- and software-controllable. An auxiliary RF output is also available, which can be powered down if not in use.
Control of all the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface. The device operates with a power supply ranging from 3.0 V to 3.6 V and can be powered down when not in use.

Description
The HA-2556 is a monolithic, high speed, four quadrant, analog multiplier constructed in the Intersil Dielectrically Isolated High Frequency Process.
The voltage output simplifies many designs by eliminating the current-to-voltage conversion stage required for current output multipliers.
The HA-2556 provides a 450V/μs slew rate and maintains 52MHz and 57MHz bandwidths for the X and Y channels respectively, making it an ideal part for use in video systems.
The suitability for precision video applications is demonstrated further by the Y-Channel 0.1dB gain flatness to 5.0MHz, 1.5% multiplication error, -50dB feedthrough and differential inputs with 8μA bias current. The HA-2556 also has low differential gain (0.1%) and phase (0.1°) errors.
The HA-2556 is well suited for AGC circuits as well as mixer applications for sonar, radar, and medical imaging equipment.
The HA-2556 is not limited to multiplication applications only; frequency doubling, power detection, as well as many other configurations are possible.

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The GX4314 is a wideband video multiplexer implemented in bipolar technology. This device is characterized by excellent differential phase and gain in the enabled state, very high off-isolation in the disabled state and fully buffered unilateral signal path. Make-before-break switching assures virtually glitch-free switching.
For use in NxM routing matrices, the GX4314 features a very high, nearly constant input impedance coupled with high output impedance in the disabled state. This allows multiple devices to be paralleled at the inputs and outputs without additional circuitry.
Logic inputs are TTL and 5V CMOS compatible, providing address and chip select functions. The operation of the devices is described in the Truth Table below. The wideband GX4314 is pin for pin compatible with the high performance GX414, extending the flat frequency response characteristics from 50 to 100 MHz.

DESCRIPTION
 The OPA890 represents a major step forward in unity-gain stable, voltage-feedback op amps. A new internal architecture provides slew rate and full-power bandwidth previously found only in wideband, current-feedback op amps. These capabilities provide exceptional full power bandwidth.
 Using a single +5V supply, the OPA890 can deliver a 1V to 4V output swing with over 35mA drive current and 220MHz bandwidth. This combination of features makes the OPA890 an ideal RGB line driver or single-supply analog-to-digital converter (ADC) input driver.
 The low 1.1mA supply current of the OPA890 is precisely trimmed at +25°C. This trim, along with low temperature drift, ensures lower maximum supply current than competing products. System power may be reduced further using the optional disable control pin. Leaving this disable pin open, or holding it HIGH, operates the OPA890 normally. If pulled LOW, the OPA890 supply current drops to less than 30mA while the output goes into a high-impedance state.
