GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AMS2950 and AMS2951 are micropower voltage regulators ideally suited for use in battery-powered systems. These devices feature very low quiescent current (typ.75μA), and very low dropout voltage (typ.45mV at light loads and 380mV at 150mA) thus prolonging battery life. The quiescent current increases only slightly in dropout. The AMS2950/AMS2951 has positive transient protection up to 60V and can survive unregulated input transient up to 20V below ground.
The AMS2950 and AMS2951 were designed to include a tight initial tolerance (typ. 0.5%), excellent load and line regulation (typ. 0.05%), and a very low output voltage temperature coefficient, making these devices useful as a low-power voltage reference.
The AMS2950 is offered in the 3-pin TO-92 package. AMS2951 is available in 8-pin plastic SOIC and DIP packages and offers three major additional system features. An error flag output warns of a low output voltage, often due to failing batteries on input. The AMS2951 also features the logic-compatible shutdown input which enables the regulator to be switched on and off. The AMS2951 device may be pin-strapped for a 5.0V, 3.3V, 3.0V or 2.5 output, or programmed from 1.24V to 29V with an external pair of resistors.

Functional Description
TLE 4263 is a 5-V low-drop voltage regulator in a P-DSO-14-8 SMD package. The maximum input voltage is 45 V. The maximum output current is more than 200 mA. The IC is short-circuit proof and incorporates temperature protection which turns off the IC at overtemperature.
The IC regulates an input voltage VI in the range of 6 V < VI < 45 V to VQ,nom = 5.0 V. A reset signal is generated for an output voltage of VQ,rt < 4.5 V. This voltage threshold can be decreased to 3.5 V by external connection of a voltage divider. The reset delay can be set externally by a capacitor. The integrated watchdog logic supervises the connected microcontroller. The IC can be switched off via the inhibit input, which causes the current consumption to drop from 900 A to typical 0 A.

DESCRIPTION
The TK715xx is a low dropout linear regulator housed in a small SOT23-3 package, rated at 400 mW. An internal PNP transistor is used to achieve a low dropout voltage of 105 mV (typ.) at 50 mA load current. This device offers high precision output voltage of ± 2.0 % or ± 60 mV. The TK715xx has a very low quiescent current of 25 μA (typ.) at no load. The low quiescent current and dropout voltage make this part ideal for battery powered applications. The internal reverse bias protection eliminates the requirement for a reverse voltage protection diode, saving cost and board space. The high 60 dB ripple rejection and low noise provide enhanced performance for critical applications.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
TThhee AMS1082 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 10A output current and to operate down to 1V input-to-output differential. The dropout voltage of the device is guaranteed maximum 1.5V at maximum output current, decreasing at lower load currents.
On-chip trimming adjusts the reference voltage to 1%. Current limit is also trimmed, minimizing the stress under overload conditions on both the regulator and power source circuitry.
The AMS1082 devices are pin compatible with older three-terminal regulators and are offered in 3 lead TO-220 package and 3 lead TO-263 (Plastic DD).

DESCRIPTION
The TK112xxC is a low dropout linear regulator with a builtin electronic switch. The internal switch can be controlled by TTL or CMOS logic levels. The device is in the “on” state when the control pin is pulled to a logic high level. An external capacitor can be connected to the noise bypass pin to lower the output noise level to 30 μVrms.
An internal PNP pass transistor is used to achieve a low dropout voltage of 170 mV (typ.) at 200 mA load current. The TK112xxC has a very low quiescent current of 65 μA at no load and 1.8 mA with a 100 mA load.The internal thermal shut down circuitry limits the junction temperature to150 °C.
The load current is internally monitored and the device will shut down in the presence of a short circuit or overcurrent condition at the output.
The TK112xxCM circuit features very high stability in both DC and AC. An output capacitor of 0.1 F provides stable operation for VOUT is higher or equal to 2.5 V. Any type of capacitor can be
used; however, the larger this capacitor is, the better the overall characteristics are. The ripple rejection ratio is 84 dB at 400 Hz, and 80 dB at 1 kHz.
The TK112xxC is available in the SOT23L-6 surface mount package.
