General Description
The Aeroflex Circuit Technology Models ARX4810 and ARX4810FP are new generation monolithic transceivers which provide full compliance with MIL-STD-1553 and Macair data bus requirements in the smallest packages with low power consumption and two power supply operation.
The dual channel Model ARX4810 and Model ARX4810FP perform the front-end analog function of inputting and outputting data through a transformer to a MIL-STD-1553 or Macair data bus.
Design of these transceivers reflects particular attention to active filter performance.This results in low bit and word error rate with superior waveform purity and minimal zero crossover distortion. Efficient transmitter electrical and thermal design provides low internal power dissipation and heat rise at high as well as low duty cycles.
Each channel of the dual transceiver is completely separate from the other and fully independent. This includes power leads as well as signal lines.
Hence, each channel may be connected to a different data bus with no interaction.

The RXQ1 / TRXQ1 radio transceiver modules provide reliable wireless communications for the transfer of data at rates of up to 20 K baud. Their unique features of narrow band operation and user channel selection combined with excellent interference rejection make them an ideal choice for next generation applications.

DESCRIPTION
Maxwell Technologies’ 54LVTH162245 devices are 16-bit (dual-octal) non-inverting 3-state transceivers designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC operation, but with the capability to provide a TTL interface to a 5V system environment. These devices can be used as two 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. The devices allow data transmission from the A bus to the B bus or form the B bus to the A bus, depending on the logic level at the direction-control (DIR) input. The output enable (OE) input can be used to disable the device so that the buses are effectively isolated. The A-port outputs, which are designed to source or sink up to 12 mA, include equivalent 22-Ωseries resistors to reduce overshoot and undershoot.
Maxwell Technologies' patented RAD-PAK® packaging technology incorporates radiation shielding in the microcircuit package. It eliminates the need for box shielding while providing the required radiation shielding for a lifetime in orbit or space mission. General Description
The MAX202E–MAX213E, MAX232E/MAX241E line drivers/receivers are designed for RS-232 and V.28 communications in harsh environments. Each transmitter output and receiver input is protected against ±15kV electrostatic discharge (ESD) shocks, without latchup. The various combinations of features are outlined in the Selector Guide. The drivers and receivers for all ten devices meet all EIA/TIA-232E and CCITT V.28 specifications at data rates up to 120kbps, when loaded in accordance with the EIA/TIA-232E specification.
The MAX211E/MAX213E/MAX241E are available in 28-pin SO packages, as well as a 28-pin SSOP that uses 60% less board space. The MAX202E/MAX232E come in 16-pin TSSOP, narrow SO, wide SO, and DIP packages. The MAX203E comes in a 20-pin DIP/SO package, and needs no external charge-pump capacitors. The MAX205E comes in a 24-pin wide DIP package, and also eliminates external charge-pump capacitors. The MAX206E/MAX207E/MAX208E come in 24-pin SO, SSOP, and narrow DIP packages. DESCRIPTION
The SP481E and the SP485E are a family of half-duplex transceivers that meet the specifications of RS-485 and RS-422 serial protocols with enhanced ESD performance. The ESD tolerance has been improved on these devices to over +15KV for both Human Body Model and IEC1000-4-2 Air Discharge Method. These devices are pin-to-pin compatible with Sipex's SP481 and SP485 devices as well as popular industry standards. As with the original versions, the SP481E and the SP485E feature Sipex's BiCMOS design allowing low power operation without sacrificing performance. DESCRIPTION
The SP3070-3078E differential line transceivers are suitable for bidirectional communication
on balanced multipoint bus transmission lines and comply with both RS485 and RS422 EIA
Standards. Each device consists of a differential driver and differential receiver. All devices
operate from a 3.3V power supply.
High receiver input impedance allows a large number of transceivers to share a common data
bus while maintaining signal margin and without excessive loading or use of expensive
repeaters. The high impedance driver output is maintained over the entire common-mode
voltage range from -7 to +12V. Receivers will failsafe to logic 1 output when inputs are open,
shorted or terminated. Drivers include built-in short-circuit protection and a thermal-overload
shutdown to protect against excessive power dissipation from bus contention or cable faults.
All RS485 inputs are ESD protected up to ±15kV (Air-Gap and Human Body Model) and up
to ±8kV Contact discharge (IEC 1000-4-2).

DESCRIPTION
The WM8580 is a multi-channel audio CODEC with S/PDIF transceiver. The WM8580 is ideal for DVD and surround sound processing applications for home hi-fi, automotive and other audiovisual equipment.
Integrated into the device is a stereo 24-bit multi-bit sigma delta ADC with support for digital audio output word lengths from 16-bit to 32-bit, and sampling rates from 8kHz to 192kHz.
Also included are three stereo 24-bit multi-bit sigma delta DACs, each with a dedicated oversampling digital interpolation filter. Digital audio input word lengths from 16- bits to 32-bits and sampling rates from 8kHz to 192kHz are supported. Each DAC channel has independent digital volume and mute control.
Two independent audio data interfaces support I2S, Left Justified, Right Justified and DSP digital audio formats.
Each audio interface can operate in either Master Mode or Slave Mode.
The S/PDIF transceiver is IEC-60958-3 compatible and supports frame rates from 32k/s to 96k/s. It has four multiplexed inputs and one output. Status and error monitoring is built-in and results can reported over the serial interface or via GPO pins. S/PDIF Channel Block configuration is also supported.
The device has two PLLs that can be configured independently to generate two system clocks for internal or external use.
Device control and setup is via a 2-wire or 3-wire (SPI compatible) serial interface. The serial interface provides access to all features including channel selection, volume controls, mutes, de-emphasis, S/PDIF control/status, and power management facilities. Alternatively, the device has a Hardware Control Mode where device features can be enabled/disabled using selected pins.
The device is available in a 48-lead TQFP package.

General Description
The MAX3080E–MAX3089E are ±15kV electrostatic discharge (ESD)-protected, high-speed transceivers for RS- 485/RS-422 communication that contain one driver and one receiver. These devices feature fail-safe circuitry, which guarantees a logic-high receiver output when the receiver inputs are open or shorted. This means that the receiver output will be a logic high if all transmitters on a terminated bus are disabled (high impedance).
 
 The MAX3080E/MAX3081E/MAX3082E feature reduced slew-rate drivers that minimize EMI and reduce reflections caused by improperly terminated cables, allowing error-free data transmission up to 115kbps. The MAX3083E/MAX3084E/MAX3085E offer higher driver output slew-rate limits, allowing transmit speeds up to 500kbps. The MAX3086E/MAX3087E/ MAX3088Es’ driver slew rates are not limited, making transmit speeds up to 10Mbps possible. The MAX3089E’s slew rate is selectable between 115kbps, 500kbps, and 10Mbps by driving a selector pin with a single three-state driver. All devices feature enhanced ESD protection. All transmitter outputs and receiver inputs are protected to ±15kV using the Human Body Model.
 These transceivers typically draw 375µA of supply current when unloaded, or when fully loaded with the drivers disabled.

 All devices have a 1/8-unit-load receiver input impedance that allows up to 256 transceivers on the bus. The MAX3082E/MAX3085E/MAX3088E are intended for halfduplex communications, while the MAX3080E/MAX3081E/ MAX3083E/MAX3084E/MAX3086E/MAX3087E are intended for full-duplex communications. The MAX3089E is selectable between half-duplex and full-duplex operation. It also features independently programmable receiver and transmitter output phase via separate pins.

DESCRIPTION
 The SP3223E and 3243E products are RS-232 transceiver solutions intended for portable or
hand-held applications such as notebook and palmtop computers. The SP3223E and 3243E
use an internal high-efficiency, charge-pump power supply that requires only 0.1µF capacitors
in 3.3V operation. This charge pump and Sipex's driver architecture allow the SP3223E/
3243E series to deliver compliant RS-232 performance from a single power supply ranging
from +3.3V to +5.0V. The SP3223E is a 2-driver/2-receiver device, and the SP3243E is a
3-driver/5-receiver device ideal for laptop/notebook computer and PDA applications.
 The SP3243E includes one complementary receiver that remains alert to monitor an external
device's Ring Indicate signal while the device is shutdown.
 The AUTO ON-LINE® feature allows the device to automatically "wake-up" during a shutdown
state when an RS-232 cable is connected and a connected peripheral is turned on. Otherwise,
the device automatically shuts itself down drawing less than 1µA.
