General Description
AH174 is a single-digital-output Hall-effect sensor for high temperature operation. The device includes an on-chip Hall voltage generator for magnetic sensing, an amplifier to amplify Hall voltage, and a comparator to provide switching hysteresis for noise rejection, and an open-collector output pre-driver. An internal bandgap regulator is used to provide temperature compensated supply voltage for internal circuits and allows a wide operating supply range. While the magnetic flux density (B) is larger than threshold Bop, the OUT pin turns off (High). If B removed toward Brp, the OUT pin is latched “off” state prior to B < Brp. When B < Brp, the OUT pin go into “ on ” state.

General Description
The EMC1428 is a high accuracy, low cost, System Management Bus (SMBus) temperature sensor. Advanced features such as Resistance Error Correction (REC), Beta Compensation (to CPU diodes requiring the BJT or transistor model) and automatic diode type detection combine to provide a robust solution for complex environmental monitoring applications.
Additionally, the EMC1428 provides a hardware programmable system shutdown feature that is programmed at part power-up via a single TRIP_SET voltage channel that cannot be masked or corrupted through the SMBus.
Each device provides ±1° accuracy for external diode temperatures and ±2°C accuracy for the internal diode temperature. The EMC1428 monitors up to eight temperature channels (up to seven external and one internal).

General Description
The EMC1103 is a one-wire sensor that is capable of monitoring up to three temperature zones for an Intel PC platform containing an SST host. The three temperature zones consist of an internal temperature diode and two externally connected temperature diodes. In cooperation with a host device, thermal management and fan control can be performed. Communication takes place over a one-wire SST based interface. The internal 11-bit deltasigma ADC architecture provides superb linearity, high accuracy, and excellent noise immunity.

General Description
 The MAX6639 monitors its own temperature and one external diode-connected transistor or the temperatures of two external diode-connected transistors, typically available in CPUs, FPGAs, or GPUs.
The 2-wire serial interface accepts standard System Management Bus (SMBusTM) write byte, read byte, send byte, and receive byte commands to read the temperature data and program the alarm thresholds.
Temperature data can be read at any time over the SMBus, and three programmable alarm outputs can be used to generate interrupts, throttle signals, or overtemperature shutdown signals.
The temperature data is also used by the internal dual-PWM fan-speed controller to adjust the speed of up to two cooling fans, thereby minimizing noise when the system is running cool, but providing maximum cooling when power dissipation increases.
Speed control is accomplished by tachometer feedback from the fan, so that the speed of the fan is controlled, not just the PWM duty cycle.
Accuracy of speed measurement is ±4%.
The MAX6639 is available in 16-pin QSOP and 16-pin thin QFN 5mm x 5mm packages.
It operates from 3.0V to 3.6V and consumes just 500μA of supply current.

General Description
The MAX6662 is a 12-bit + sign temperature sensor combined with a programmable overtemperature alarm and a 3-wire (SPI™-compatible) serial interface in a single package. It converts its die temperature into digital values using an internal analog-to-digital converter
(ADC). The temperature data is stored in a temperature register as a 13-bit word, which allows 0.0625°C resolution.
The temperature data is readable at any time through the serial interface. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
The MAX6662 provides two programmable watchdog interrupt outputs. ALERT is used for lower temperature warning functions, while OT is used for higher temperature- critical functions, such as power-supply shutdown.
The MAX6662 features a shutdown mode that saves power by disabling everything except the serial interface.
The temperature sensor is available in an 8-pin SO package.
