General Description
The HT86XXX series are 8-bit high performance microcontroller with voice synthesizer and tone generator. The HT86XXX is designed for applications on multiple I/Os with sound effects, such as voice and melody. It can provide various sampling rates and beats, tone levels, tempos for speech synthesizer and melody generator. It has a single built-in high quality, D/A output. There is an external interrupt which can be triggered with falling edge pulse or falling/rising edge pulse.
The HT86XXX is excellent for versatile voice and sound effect product applications. The efficient MCU instructions allow users to program the powerful custom applications. The system frequency of HT86XXX can be up to 8MHz under 2.4V and include a HALT function to reduce power consumption.

General Description
The HMC701LP6CE is a SiGe BiCMOS fractional-N frequency synthesizer. The synthesizer includes a 8GHz 16-bit RF N-Divider, a 24-bit delta-sigma modulator, a very low noise digital phase frequency detector (PFD), and a precision controlled charge pump. In addition the synthesizer supports an external step tuned VCO .
The fractional synthesizer features an advanced delta-sigma modulator design that allows ultra-fine frequency step sizes. The synthesizer features the ability to alter both the phase-frequency detector (PFD) gain and the cycle slipping characteristics of the PFD. This feature can reduce the time to arrive at the new frequency by 50% vs. conventional PFDs. Ultra low in-close phase noise also allows wider loop bandwidths for faster frequency hopping.
The synthesizer contains a built-in linear sweeper function, which allows it to perform frequency chirps with a wide variety of sweep times, polarities and dwells, all with an external or automatic sweep trigger.
A General Purpose Output (GPO) bus supports the use of multiple VCO s. In addition the synthesizer has a number of auxiliary clock generation modes that can be accessed via the GPO.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADF4150 allows implementation of fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers if used with an external Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO), loop filter and external reference frequency.
The ADF4150 is for use with external VCO parts and is software compatible with the ADF4350. The VCO frequency can be divided-by 1/2/4/8 or 16 to allow the user to generate RF output frequencies as low as 31.25 MHz. For applications that require isolation the RF output stage can be muted. The mute function is both pin and software controllable.
Control of all the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface. The device operates with a power supply ranging from 3.0 V to 3.6 V and can be powered down when not in use.
The ADF4150 is available in a 4mm x 4mm package.

The Fujitsu MB15F86UL is Fractional-N Phase Locked Loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer with fast lock up function.
The Fractional-N PLL operating up to 2500* MHz and the integer PLL operating up to 600 MHz are integrated on one chip.
The MB15F86UL is used, as charge pump which is well-balanced output current with 1.5 mA and 6 mA selectable by serial data, direct power save control and digital lock detector. In addition, the MB15F86UL adopts a new architecture to achieve fast lock.

DESCRIPTION
The M2004-02 integrates a high performance Phase Locked Loop (PLL) with a Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillator (VCSO) to provide a low jitter Frequency Synthesizer in a 9mm x 9mm surface mount package.
The internal high “Q” SAW filter provides low jitter signal performance and determines the maximum output frequency of the VCSO.
A programmable output divider can divide the VCSO frequency to achieve an output as low as 38.88MHz.
The input to the Frequency Synthesizer is provided by selecting between a differential input clock or a single ended input clock.
The output frequency is an integer multiple of the input reference frequency. The multiplying factor is programmed via a 6 bit parallel address.
An external loop filter sets the PLL bandwidth which can be optimized to provide jitter attenuation of the input reference clock.
The bandwidth control, low phase noise, and HOLD features make the M2004-02 ideal for use as a clock jitter attenuator, frequency translator, and clock frequency generator in OC-3 through OC-192 applications.

Description
The PI6C3421A is a Spread Spectrum Clock Synthesizer and part of the Pericom SSCG product family. The part generates one high precision 27.000 MHz spread spectrum clock output from a single clock source or a crystal and one 27.000 MHz un-modulated clock output, and is designed to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) by spreading the clock.
This reduction in EMI can result in signifi cant system cost saving and less design complexity by reducing the number of circuit board layers ferrite beads and shielding. In the absence of a spread spectrum clock, other EMI-reducing components are required in order to comply with regulatory agency requirements.
The spreading ratio is selectable using the selection pins. The PI6C3421A provides -0.25%, -0.5%, -0.75% and -1.0% spread modulation through external logic stage setting. The variety and the reduced size of the package outlines can save precious board space and make layout easier.

The ICS251 is a low cost, single-output, field programmable clock synthesizer.
The ICS251 can generate an output frequency from 314 kHz to 200 MHz and may employ
Spread Spectrum techniques to reduce system electro-magnetic interference (EMI).
Using ICS’ VersaClock™ software to configure the PLL and output, the ICS251 contains a One-Time Programmable (OTP) ROM to allow field programmability.
