Description
The DG540/541/542 are high performance monolithic wideband/video switches designed for switching RF, video and digital signals. By utilizing a “T” switch configuration on each channel, these devices achieve exceptionally low crosstalk and high off-isolation. The crosstalk and off-isolation of the DG540 are further improved by the introduction of extra GND pins between signal pins.
To achieve TTL compatibility, low channel capacitances and fast switching times, the DG540 family is built on the Siliconix proprietary D/CMOS process. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on.

Description
PS4530/PS4531/PS4532 are low voltage CMOS analog ICs configured as an 8-channel multiplexer (mux) (PS4530), two 4-channel muxes (PS4531), and three single-pole/double-throw switches (PS4532). These devices are pin compatible with the industry standard 74H4351/74HC4352/74HC4353. All devices have two complementary switch-enable inputs and address latching.
The PS4530/PS4531/PS4532 operate from a single supply of +2V to +12V, or from dual supplies of ±2V to ±6V. On-resistance (150Ohm max.) is matched between switches to 8Ohm max. Each switch can handle rail-to-rail analog signals. Off-leakage current is only 1nA at TA = +25°C and 50nA at TA = +85oC.
All digital inputs have 0.8V and 2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring both TTL-logic and CMOS-logic compatibility when using ±5V or a single +5V supply.

Description
The DG401/403/405 monolithic analog switches were designed to provide precision, high performance switching of analog signals. Combining low power (0.35 W, typ) with high speed (tON: 100 ns, typ), the DG401 series is ideally suited for portable and battery powered industrial and military applications.
Built on the Siliconix proprietary high-voltage silicon-gate process to achieve high voltage rating and superior switch on/off performance, break-before-make is guaranteed for the SPDT configurations. An epitaxial layer prevents latchup.
Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and blocks up to 30 V peak-to-peak when off. On-resistance is very flat over the full 15-V analog range, rivaling JFET performance without the inherent dynamic range limitations.
The three devices in this series are differentiated by the type of switch action as shown in the functional block diagrams.

Description
M/A-COM’s AM55-0003 is a GaAs power amplifier with integrated transmit/receive and an antenna diversity switch in a low cost SSOP 28 plastic package.
The power amplifier delivers +24 dBm of linear power with high efficiency and can be operated with voltages as low as 2.7 volts.
The power amplifier switch is fully monolithic.
The T/R and diversity switches achieve good insertion loss and isolation without degrading the overall linearity.
The switches can be controlled with CMOS logic levels.
The AM55-0003 is ideally suited for QPSK, BPSK or other linearly modulated systems in the 2.4 GHz ISM frequency band.
It can also be used in GFSK systems where levels of +25 dBm are required.
Typical applications include WLAN and wireless portable data collection.
This power amplifier can be combined with a transceiver IC (MD58-0001 or MD58-0002) to form a complete RF front end.
M/A-COM's AM55-0003 is fabricated using a mature 0.5-micron gate length GaAs process.
