Description
The Powerline range of high power modules includes half bridge, chopper, dual, single and bi-directional switch configurations covering voltages from 1200V to 6500V and currents up to 2400A.
The DIM400DDM12-A000 is a dual switch 1200V, nchannel enhancement mode, insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module. The IGBT has a wide reverse bias safe operating area (RBSOA) plus 10us short circuit withstand. This device is optimised for traction drives and other applications requiring high thermal cycling capability.
The module incorporates an electrically isolated base plate and low inductance construction enabling circuit designers to optimise circuit layouts and utilise grounded heat sinks for safety.

DESCRIPTION
The AIC1529 is a quad high-side power switch for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. Both high-side switches are MOSFET with 110mW RDS(ON), which meets USB voltage drop requirements for maximum transmission wire length.
Multi-purpose open-drain fault flag output indicates over-current limiting, thermal shutdown, or undervoltage lockout for each channel. Output current is typically limited to 1.3A, and the thermal shutdown functions of the power switches independently control their channel under overcurrent condition.
Guaranteed minimum output rise time limits inrush current during hot plug-in as well as minimizing EMI and prevents the voltage at upstream port from dropping excessively.

Description
The PI3V341 is a true bi-directional 3-Port 4:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer with Hi-Z outputs that is recommended for both RGB and composite video switching applications. With the increased 4:1 channels, multiple components, such as VCR, DVD, PC1, PC2 and etc. can be put on the video networks. The VideoSwitch can be driven from a current output RAMDAC or voltage output composite video source.
Low On-Resistance, Low Crosstalk, Low OFF Isolation and wide bandwidth features make it ideal for video and other applications. Industry leading advantages include a near zero propagation delay, resulting from its low channel resistance and I/O capacitance. The switch is bi-directional and offers little or no attenuation of the high-speed signals at the outputs. The FSDM0465RS is an integrated Pulse-Width Modulator (PWM) and SenseFET specifically designed for high-performance offline Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components. Description
The S-8130AA is a temperature switch with a latch function having a built-in semiconductor temperature sensor with the accuracy of ±2.5°C. The output signal is inverted when the temperature is detected, and latched until a reset signal input or a detection of the power voltage lowering.
Low voltage operation down to 2.2 V is possible and the current consumption is low, 15 μA (typ.), due to CMOS configuration.
The S-8130AA consists of a temperature sensor having the temperature coefficient of −13 mV/°C, a reference voltage source, a comparator, voltage detection circuit, and noise suppression circuit all of which are enclosed in 8-Pin MSOP package.
Since the temperature range of this IC is −40 to +100 °C, it is possible to achieve the extensive application for temperature control.
