Description
BD95710MUV is a dual-phase switching regulator controller with high output current which can achieve low output voltage (0.4V ~ 3.3V) from AC/DC 5V or 12V. High efficiency for the switching regulator can be realized by utilizing an external N-MOSFET power transistor. A new technology called H3RegTM is a Rohm proprietary control method to realize ultra high transient response against load change without phase compensation capacitance and resistance. For various applications, it is available to select the 3 types of N-MOSFET gate drive voltage (12V: for drive ability, 8V: for intermediate drive ability, 5V: for small real estate).

DESCRIPTION
The SA303 is a fully integrated switching amplifier designed primarily to drive three-phase Brushless DC (BLDC) motors. Three independent half bridges provide over 10 amperes peak output current under microcontroller or DSC control. Thermal and short circuit monitoring is provided, which generates fault signals for the microcontroller to take appropriate action.
A block diagram is provided in Figure 1.
Additionally, cycle-by-cycle current limit offers user programmable hardware protection independent of the microcontroller. Output current is measured using an innovative low loss technique. The SA303 is built using a multi-technology process allowing CMOS logic control and complementary DMOS output power devices on the same IC. Use of P-channel high side FETs enables 60V operation without bootstrap or charge pump circuitry.
The Power Quad surface mount package balances excellent thermal performance with the advantages of a low profile surface mount package.

Description
The L5973D is a step down monolithic power switching regulator with a minimum switch current limit of 2.5 A so it is able to deliver more than 2 A DC current to the load depending on the application conditions.
The output voltage can be set from 1.235 V to 35 V. The high current level is also achieved thanks to an SO8 package with exposed frame, that allows to reduce the Rth(j-amb) down to approximately 40 °C/W.
The device uses an internal P-channel D-MOS transistor (with a typical Rdson of 250 mΩ) as switching element to minimize the size of the external components.
An internal oscillator fixes the switching frequency at 250 kHz.
Having a minimum input voltage of 4 V only, it is particularly suitable for 5 V bus, available in all computer related applications.
Pulse by pulse current limit with the internal frequency modulation offers an effective constant current short circuit protection.

DESCRIPTION
The KB3302 is a high-frequency current-mode step-up switching regulator with an integrated 2A power transistor. Its high switching frequency (programmable up to 2MHz) allows the use of tiny surface-mount external passive components. Programmable soft-start eliminates high inrush current during start-up. The internal switch is rated at 32V making the converter suitable for high voltage applications such as Boost, SEPIC and Flyback.
The operating frequency of the KB3302 can be set with an external resistor. The ability to set the operating frequency gives the KB3302 design flexibilities. A dedicated COMP pin allows optimization of the loop response. The KB3302 is available in thermally enhanced 8-Pin MSOP packages.

General Description
The LM2738 regulator is a monolithic, high frequency, PWM step-down DC/DC converter in an 8-pin LLP or 8-pin eMSOP package.
It provides all the active functions for local DC/DC conversion with fast transient response and accurate regulation in the smallest possible PCB area.
With a minimum of external components, the LM2738 is easy to use.
The ability to drive 1.5A loads with an internal 250mΩ NMOS switch using state-of-the-art 0.5μm BiCMOS technology results in the best power density available.
Switching frequency is internally set to 550kHz (LM2738Y) or 1.6MHz (LM2738X), allowing the use of extremely small surface mount inductors and chip capacitors.
Even though the operating frequencies are very high, efficiencies up to 90% are easy to achieve.
External enable is included, featuring an ultra-low stand-by current of 400nA.

The KB4312 step-up converter drives white LEDs with a constant current to provide backlight in cell phones, PDAs, and other hand-held devices.
It features allowing series connection of the white LEDs so that the LED currents are identical for uniform brightness.
An enable input can be pulsed repeatedly to adjust LED’s brightness.
