DESCRIPTION
MB85RS256 is a FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) chip in a configuration of 32,768 words × 8 bits, using the ferroelectric process and silicon gate CMOS process technologies for forming the nonvolatile memory cells.
MB85RS256 adopts the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI).
The MB85RS256 is able to retain data without using a back-up battery, as is needed for SRAM.
The memory cells used in the MB85RS256 can be used for 1010 read/write operations, which is a significant improvement over the number of read and write operations supported by Flash memory and E2PROM. MB85RS256 does not take long time to write data unlike Flash memories nor E2PROM, and MB85RS256 takes no wait time.

Description
The MPL115A1 is an absolute pressure sensor with digital output for low cost applications. A miniature 5 x 3 x 1.2 mm LGA package ideally suits it for portable electronics and space constrained applications. Low current consumptions of 5 μA during Active mode and 1 μA during Shutdown (Sleep) mode target battery and other low-power applications. A wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C fits demanding environmental requirements.
MPL115A1 employs a MEMS pressure sensor with a conditioning IC to provide accurate pressure measurement from 50 to 115 kPa. An integrated ADC provides digitized temperature and pressure sensor outputs via a SPI port. Calibration Data is stored in internal ROM. Utilizing raw sensor output, the host microcontroller executes a compensation algorithm to render Compensated Absolute Pressure with 1 kPa accuracy.
The MPL115A1 pressure sensor’s small form factor, low power capability, precision, and digital output optimize it for barometric measurement applications.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The W25X10 (1M-bit), W25X20 (2M-bit), W25X40 (4M-bit) and W25X80 (8M-bit) Serial Flash memories provide a storage solution for systems with limited space, pins and power. The 25X series offers flexibility and performance well beyond ordinary Serial Flash devices. They are ideal for code download applications as well as storing voice, text and data. The devices operate on a single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply with current consumption as low as 5mA active and 1μA for power-down. All devices are offered in space-saving packages.
The W25X10/20/40/80 array is organized into 512/1024/2048/4096 programmable pages of 256-bytes each. Up to 256 bytes can be programmed at a time using the Page Program instruction. Pages can be erased in groups of 16 (sector erase), groups of 256 (block erase) or the entire chip (chip erase). The W25X10/20/40/80 has 32/64/128/256 erasable sectors and 2/4/8/16 erasable blocks respectively. The small 4KB sectors allow for greater flexibility in applications that require data and parameter storage. (See figure 2.)
The W25X10/20/40/80 supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and a high performance dual output SPI using four pins: Serial Clock, Chip Select, Serial Data I/O and Serial Data Out. SPI clock frequencies of up to 75MHz are supported allowing equivalent clock rates of 150MHz when using the Fast Read Dual Output instruction. These transfer rates are comparable to those of 8 and 16-bit Parallel Flash memories.
A Hold pin, Write Protect pin and programmable write protect, with top or bottom array control features, provide further control flexibility. Additionally, the device supports JEDEC standard manufacturer and device identification.

As part of a family of Serial Flash products, Winbond also provides a compatible migration path to 8M/16M/32M-bit densities.
The W25P10/20/40 array is organized into 512/1024/2048 programmable pages of 256-bytes each. A single byte or, up to 256 bytes, can be programmed at a time using the Page Program instruction. Pages are grouped into 2/4/8 erasable sectors of 256 pages (64K-byte) each as shown in figure 2. Both Sector Erase and Chip (full chip) Erase instructions are supported.
The Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) consists of four pins (Serial Clock, Chip Select, Serial Data In and Serial Data Out) that support high speed serial data transfers up to 40MHz. A Hold pin, Write Protect pin and programmable write protect features provide further control flexibility. Additionally, the device can be queried for manufacturer and device ID. The Winbond W25P10/20/40 are fully compatible with the previous NexFlash NX25P10/20/40 Serial Flash memories.

General Description
The HT25LC512 is a 512K-bit OTP ROM of which function and pin assignment are compatible with AT25F512 and can directly replace the AT25F512 for cost down purposes when the memory in the system is just read only. There are 512K bits of memory which are organized as 65536 words of 8 bits each. The HT25LC512 uses a serial interface to sequentially access its data.
The simple serial interface facilitates hardware layout, increase system reliability, minimize switching noise, and reduce package size and active pin count. The device is optimized for use in many commercial and industrial applications where high density, low pin count, low
voltage, and low power consumption are essential. The device operates at clock frequencies up to 10MHZ. The HT25LC512 is enabled through the chip select pin CS) and accessed via a three-wire interface consisting of the Serial Input (SI), Serial Output (SO), and the Serial Clock (SCK). The HOLD pin may be used to suspend any serial communication without resetting the
serial sequence.
