Description
The IDTAS4624 low on-resistance (RON), low voltage, single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch operates from a single +1.8 V to +5.5 V supply. The IDTAS4624 features a 0.5Ω (max) RON for its NC switch and a 0.8Ω (max) RON for its NO switch at a +2.7 V supply. It also features break-before-make switching action (2 ns) with tON = 50 ns and tOFF = 40 ns at +3 V. The digital logic input is 1.8 V logic-compatible with a +2.7 V to +3.3 V supply.

Description
The AP640R5-A3 is a broadband millimeterwave singlepole double-throw (SPDT) switch in a rugged surface mount package which is compatible with high-volume solder installation. Based on PIN diode MMIC technology, the switch is designed for use in millimeterwave communication and sensor systems when low loss and high linearity are required. Typical applications are transmit/receive function for TDD systems or switching between signal paths. The robust ceramic surface mount package provides excellent electrical performance and a high degree of environmental protection for long-term reliability. All switches are screened at the operating frequencies prior to shipment for guaranteed performance. The Intersil ISL84467 device is a low ON-resistance, low voltage, bidirectional, Quad SPDT (Dual DPDT) analog switch designed to operate from a single +1.65V to +4.5V supply.
Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from low rON (0.39Ω) and fast switching speeds (tON = 33ns, tOFF = 16ns).
The digital logic input is 1.8V logic-compatible when using a single +3V supply.
With a supply voltage of 4.2V and logic high voltage of 2.85V at both logic inputs, the part draws only 12μA max of ICC current.
Cell phones, for example, often face ASIC functionality limitations.
The number of analog input or GPIO pins may be limited and digital geometries are not well suited to analog switch performance.
This part may be used to “mux-in” additional functionality while reducing ASIC design risk.
The ISL84467 is offered in small form factor package, alleviating board space limitations.
The ISL84467 consists of four SPDT switches.
It is configured as a dual double-pole/double-throw (DPDT) device with two logic control inputs that control two SPDT switches each.

The TriQuint TGS2302 is a 4-20 GHz Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) Switch. This is designed using TriQuint’s proven standard VPIN production process.
The TGS2302 provides a nominal 0.9 dB insertion loss, 12 dB return loss, and 35 dB isolation.
The TGS2302 integrates DC blocking capacitors on all ports and includes decoupled DC bias pads to reduce the number of off- components.
