TRC101 is a highly integrated single chip, zero-IF, multi-channel, low power RF transceiver. It is an ideal fit for low cost, high volume, two way short-range wireless applications for use in the unlicensed 300-1000 MHz frequency bands. All critical RF and baseband functions are completely integrated in the chip, thus minimizing external component count and simplifying and speeding design-ins. Use of a low cost, generic 10MHz crystal and a low-cost microcontroller is all that is needed to create a complete link. The Aeroflex-Plainview ACT4404N series are a new generation monolithic transceiver which provide full compliance with Macair and MIL-STD-1553 data bus requirements.
The model ACT4404N series performs the front-end analog function of inputting and outputting data through a transformer to a MIL-STD-1553 or Macair data bus. The ACT4404N and ACT4440N can be considered a "Universal" Transceiver in that it is compatible with MIL-STD-1553A/B, Macair (A-3818, A-4905, A-5232 and A-5690).
Design of these transceivers reflects particular attention to active filter performance. This results in low bit and word error rate with superior waveform purity and minimal zero crossover distortion. The ACT4404N and ACT4440N active filter design has additional high frequency roll-off to provide the required Macair low harmonic distortion waveform without increasing the pulse delay characteristics significantly.
Efficient transmitter electrical and thermal design provides low internal power dissipation and heat rise at high and well as low duty cycles. An optional receiver input threshold adjustment can be accomplished by the use of the ''External Threshold" terminals.

General Description
 The DS3030W consists of a static RAM, a nonvolatile (NV) controller, a year 2000-compliant real-time clock (RTC), and an internal rechargeable manganese lithium (ML) battery.
These components are encased in a surface- mount module with a 256-ball BGA footprint.
Whenever VCC is applied to the module, it recharges the ML battery, powers the clock and SRAM from the external power source, and allows the contents of the clock registers or SRAM to be modified.
When VCC is powered down or out-of-tolerance, the controller writeprotects the memory contents and powers the clock and SRAM from the battery.
