Description
The ZHT431 is a three terminal adjustable shunt regulator offering excellent temperature stability and output current handling capability up to 100mA. The device offers extended operating temperature range working from -55 to +125°C. The output voltage may be set to any chosen voltage between 2.5 and 20 volts by selection of two external divider resistors.
The devices can be used as a replacement for zener diodes in many applications requiring an improvement in zener performance.

General Description
The AME41-ADJ is a micropower 3-terminal band-gap voltage regulator diode with a user adjustable output voltage. It operates over a 30mA to 20mA current range. Each circuit is trimmed at wafer sort to provide a ±0.50% initial tolerance. The design of the AME41-ADJ allows for a large range of load capacitances and operating currents. The low start-up current makes these parts ideal for battery applications.
AME offers this part in a TO-92 and SOP-8 packages as well as the space saving SOT-23.

Description
The GM1431 is a three terminal adjustable shunt regulator with thermal stability guaranteed over temperature. Output voltage can be adjusted to any value between 2.5V (Vref) and 36V by using two external resistors. The GM1431 has a typical dynamic output impedance of 0.2W. Active output circuitry provides a very unique turn on characteristic, making the GM1431 an excellent tum on replacement for zener diodes in many applications such as onboard regulation and adjustable power supplies. The GM1431 is an ideal voltage reference for 3.0 to 3.3V switching power supplies.
The GM1431 shunt regulator is available with 3 voltage tolerances, 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% over TA= 0°C to + 70°C, and four package options (SOT-23, TO-92, SOT-89 and SOP-8). Whatever your application is, the GM1431 offers the optimum combination of performance, reliability, and economy.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 The AD8215 is a high voltage, precision current shunt monitor.
It features a set gain of 20 V/V, with a maximum ±0.3% gain error over the entire temperature range.
The buffered output voltage directly interfaces with any typical converter.
Excellent common-mode rejection from −2 V to +65 V is independent of the 5 V supply.
The AD8215 performs unidirectional current measurements across a shunt resistor in a variety of industrial and automotive applications, such as motor controls, solenoid controls, or battery management.
Special circuitry is devoted to output linearity being maintained throughout the input differential voltage range of 0 mV to 250 mV, regardless of the common-mode voltage present.

The CM431 is a three-terminal adjustable shunt voltage regulator with specified thermal stability and pin-to-pin compatible with the earlier 431 series. The output voltage can be adjusted to any
value between VBREFB and 36V by using two external resistors. The CM431 offers low output impedanc  for improved load regulation with a typical output impedance of 200mΩ. Because of the active output circuitry, the CM431 can replace the zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, OVP crowbar circuits, references for A/D, D/A converters with improved turn-on characteristics.
