Description
The FAN2560 is a linear low-dropout (LDO) regulator with a split-supply architecture. Separate bias and supply inputs allow bias to be taken directly from the battery, while the input is taken from a lower preregulated source. This allows a smaller differential voltage between input and output, which provides greater efficiency over a wider VBAT range.
The FAN2560 is available in a fixed-voltage output, 5-bump, WLCSP package.

General Description
The LP38855 is a high-current, fast-response regulator which can maintain output voltage regulation with an extremely low input to output voltage drop. Fabricated on a CMOS process,
the device operates from two input voltages: VBIAS provides power for the internal bias and control circuits, as well as drive for the gate of the N-MOS power transistor, while VIN supplies
power to the load. The use of an external bias rail allows the part to operate from ultra low VIN voltages. Unlike bipolar regulators, the CMOS architecture consumes extremely low quiescent
current at any output load current. The use of an NMOS power transistor results in wide bandwidth, yet minimum external capacitance is required to maintain loop stability.
The fast transient response of this device makes it suitable for use in powering DSP, Microcontroller Core voltages and Switch Mode Power Supply post regulators. The LP38855 is
available in TO-220 and TO-263 5-Lead packages.
Dropout Voltage: 130 mV (typical) at 1.5A load current.
Low Ground Pin Current: 14 mA (typical) at 1.5A load current.
Shutdown Current: 1 μA (typical) IIN(GND) when EN pin is low.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
TThhee AMS2115 is a single IC controller that drives an external N channel MOSFET as a source follower to produce a fast transient response, low dropout voltage regulator.
The fast transient load performance is obtained by eliminating expensive tantalum or bulk electrolytic output capacitors in the most demanding modern microprocessor applications. Precision-trimmed adjustable and fixed output voltage versions accommodate any required microprocessor power supply voltage.
By selecting the N-channel MOSFET RDS(ON) a very low dropout voltage can be achieved.
A protection feature includes a high side current limit amplifier that activates a circuit to limit the FET gate drive.
A shutdown pin turns off the gate drive and some internal circuits to reduce quiescent current.
AMS2115 is offered in 8L SOIC and 8L PDIP package.

General Description
The APL1085 is a low dropout three-terminal adjustable regulator with 3A output current capability. In order to obtain lower dropout voltage and faster transient response, which is critical for low voltage applications, the APL1085 has been optimized. The output available voltage range of adjustable version is from 1.25~5.75V with an input supply below 7V , and the fixed 3.3V output voltage device is also available.
Current limit is trimmed to ensure specified output current and controlled short-circuit current. On-chip thermal limiting provides protection against any combination of overload that would create excessive junction temperatures.
The APL1085 is available in both the through-hole and surface mount versions of the industry standard
