GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CM1117 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 1A for applications requiring high efficiency. All internal circuitry is designed to operated down to 800mV input to output differential and the dropout voltage is fully specified as a function of load current.
The CM1117 offers current limiting and thermal protection.
The on chip trimming adjusts the reference voltage accuracy to 1%.

DESCRIPTION
The REG104 is a family of low-noise, low-dropout linear regulators with low ground pin current. Its new DMOS topology provides significant improvement over previous designs, including low dropout voltage (only 230mV typ at full load), and better transient performance. In addition, no output capacitor is required for stability, unlike conventional low dropout regulators that are difficult to compensate and require expensive low ESR capacitors greater than 1μF.
Typical ground pin current is only 1.7mA (at IOUT = 1A) and drops to 0.5μA in not enabled mode. Unlike regulators with PNP pass devices, quiescent current remains relatively constant over load variations and under dropout conditions.
The REG104 has very low output noise (typically 33μVRMS for VOUT = 3.3V with CNR = 0.01μF), making it ideal for use in portable communications equipment. On-chip trimming results in high output voltage accuracy. Accuracy is maintained over temperature, line, and load variations. Key parameters are tested over the specified temperature range (–40°C to +85°C).
The REG104 is well protected—internal circuitry provides a current limit which protects the load from damage. Thermal protection circuitry keeps the chip from being damaged by excessive temperature. The REG104 is available in the DDPAK-5 and the SOT223-5.

General Description
The Channel 1 is a step-down DC/DC converter, and own the ability of driving a 3A load without additional transistor component. Due to reducing the number of external component, the board space can be saved easily. The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then come into standby mode. The internal compensation makes feedback control have good line and load regulation without external design. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown is to prevent over temperature operating from damage, and current limit is against over current operating of the output switch. If current limit function occurred and VFB is down to 0.5V below, the switching frequency will be reduced. The switching frequency of 150KHz thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include a guaranteed +4% tolerance on output voltage under specified input voltage and output load conditions, and +20% on the oscillator frequency.
The channel 2 is a 1A regulator with extremely low dropout voltage. This product is specifically designed to provide well regulated supply for applications requiring 2.8V or lower voltages from 3.3V power supplies where high efficiency of a switcher can be achieved without the cost and complexity associated with switching regulator.

DESCRIPTION
The KB3361 SwitchReg is a member of Kingbor(KB) product family. It is a 1.4MHz stepdown converter with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.5V and output as low as 0.6V. Its low supply current, small size, and high switching frequency make the KB3361 the ideal choice for portable applications.

General Description
The RT9187 is a high-performance, 1A LDO regulator, offering extremely high PSRR and ultra-low dropout. Ideal for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements.
A noise reduction pin is also available for further reduction of output noise. Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the battery life. The RT9187 also works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount of board space necessary for power applications, critical in hand-held wireless devices.
The RT9187 consumes less than 0.1uA in shutdown mode and has fast turn-on time less than 40μs. The other features include ultra-low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio. Available in the VDFN-8L 3x3 and SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) package.

DESCRIPTION
The TK119xx series are low power, linear regulators with built-in electronic switches. Built-in voltage comparators provide a reset logic ”low” level whenever the input or output voltage falls outside internally preset limits. The internal electronic switch can be controlled by CMOS or TLL levels. The device is in the “off” state when the control pin is biased “high”.
An internal PNP pass-transistor is used in order to achieve low dropout voltage (typically 200 mV at 50 mA load current). The device has very low quiescent current (130 mA) in the “on” mode with no load and 2 mA with 30 mA load. The quiescent current is typically 4 mA at 60 mA load. The current consumption in the “off” mode is 65 mA.
An internal thermal shutdown circuit limits the junction temperature to below 150 oC. The load current is internally monitored and the device will shut down (no load current) in the presence of a short circuit at the output. The output noise is very low at 100 dB down from VOUT when an external noise bypass capacitor is used. The TK119xx is available in a miniature SOT-23L surface mount package.

Description
GM6156 is an efficient linear voltage regulator with ultralow - noise output, very low dropout voltage (typically 17mV at light loads and 165mV at 50mA), and very low ground current (600μA at 100mA output). GM6156 provides better than 1% initial accuracy.

DESCRIPTION
The AIC1594 series are step-down monolithic PWM regulators delivering 1A at fixed voltages of 2.5V , 3.3V, 5.0V , 12V and using a external divider to adjust output voltage from 1.25V to 30V with excellent line and load regulation.
Switching frequency up to 150KHz/300KHz are achievable thus allowing smaller sized filter components. Internal current limit and thermal shutdown circuits provide protection from overloads. It also provides output overvoltage and short protection under fault conditions.
The internal precious reference combined with voltage feedback loop provides optimum output voltage accuracy and fast load transient response. Packages available are in standard SOT89-5 and DIP8 for standard assembly and TO263-5, SOP8 for SMD.
