The LTM®8027 is a complete 4A, DC/DC step-down power supply. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, inductor and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V (7.5V minimum voltage to start), the LTM8027 supports output voltages up to 24V, and a switching frequency range of 100kHz to 500kHz, each set by a single resistor. Only the bulk input and output fi lter capacitors are needed to fi nish the design.
The low profi le package (4.32mm) enables utilization of unused space on the bottom of PC boards for high density point of load regulation. A built-in soft-start timer is adjustable with a small capacitor.
The LTM8027 is packaged in a thermally enhanced, compact (15mm × 15mm) and low profi le (4.32mm) over-molded land grid array (LGA) package suitable for automated assembly by standard surface mount equipment. The LTM8027 is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.

General Description
The AME8819 is a CMOS linear regulator. It operated from 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage and delivers up to 600mA output current. The AME8819 provide low quiescent current (70uA typ) low dropout voltage (Vout=3.3V, 540mV @ 600mA typ), and excellent PSRR, thus marking them ideal for Data-Communications and battery applications.

The A4447 is a 2 A, high efficiency general-purpose buck regulator designed for a wide variety of applications. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8 to 24 V, based on a resistor divider and the 0.8 V ± 2 % reference. External components include an external clamping diode, inductor, and filter capacitor. The off-time is determined by an external resistor to ground. It operates in both continuous and discontinuous modes to maintain light load regulation. An internal blanking circuit is used to filter out transients due to the reverse recovery of the external clamp diode. Typical blanking time is 200 ns.
This new device is ideal for various end products including applications with 8 to 50 V input voltage range and require up to 2 A output current, such as uninterruptible power supplies, point of sale (POS) applications, and industrial applications with 24 or 36 V bus.

The AP1250CMP is a simple, cost-effective and high-speed linear regulator designed to generate termination voltage in double data rate (DDR) memory system to comply with the JEDEC SSTL_2 and SSTL_18 or other specific interfaces such as HSTL, SCSI-2 and SCSI-3 etc. devices requirements. The LP2950 and LP2951 are micropower voltage regulators ideally suited for use in battery-powered systems. These devices feature very low quiescent current (typ.75μA), and very low dropout voltage (typ.45mV at light loads and 380mV at 100mA) thus prolonging battery life. The quiescent current increases only slightly in dropout. The LP2950/LP2951 has positive transient protection up to 60V and can survive unregulated input transient up to 20V below ground.
The LP2950 and LP2951 were designed to include a tight initial tolerance (typ. 0.5%), excellent load and line regulation (typ. 0.05%), and a very low output voltage temperature coefficient, making these devices useful as a low-power voltage reference. The LP2950 is offered in the 3-pin TO-92 package. LP2951 is available in 8-pin plastic SOIC and DIP packages and offers three major additional system features. An error flag output warns of a low output voltage, often due to failing batteries on input. The LP2951 also features the logic-compatible shutdown input which enables the regulator to be switched on and off.
The LP2951 device may be pin-strapped for a 5V, 3.3V, or 3V output, or programmed from 1.24V to 29V with an external pair of resistors.

The CAT6218 is a 300mA CMOS low dropout regulator that provides fast response time during load current and line voltage changes.
The quick-start feature allows the use of an external bypass capacitor to reduce the overall output noise without affecting the turn-on time of just 150μs.

The ZHT431 is a three terminal adjustable shunt regulator offering excellent temperature stability and output current handling capability up to 100mA. The EP1117 is a low dropout three-terminal adjustable or fixed-voltage regulator with 1A output current capability. The EP1117 is available in an adjustable version, with output ranging from 1.25V to 10.7V and fixed output voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5.0V.
