Product Description
Sirenza Microdevices’ STA-5063Z is a general purpose class A linear amplifier which utilizes InGaP GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) amplifier housed in a low-cost surface-mountable plastic package. This product is specifically designed as a driver amplifier for WLAN 802.11a and 5.8GHz ISM band and 3.3-3.8GHz fixed wireless applications. It can run from a fixed 3.0-3.6V supply with its on chip active bias network which includes a power up and down control. On-chip impedance matching circuitry provides a 50Ω nominal RF input and output impedance. Its high linearity makes it an ideal choice for multicarrier and digital applications. Housed in an industry standard SOT-363 package, it has no blind solder joints and designed for low cost. This product is offered in a RoHS Compliant and Green package with matte tin finish, designated by the “Z” package suffix.

General Description
The HT1117 devices are a series of three-terminal high current low voltage regulators. They can deliver an output current of 1A and can accept input voltages up to 12V. The devices are available in both adjustable and fixed output voltage type with a range of 1.8V to 5.0V. Internal current limit and thermal protection circuits provide protection against overload conditions that could create excessive junction temperatures.

OVERVIEW
The ICG series of Gain Blocks are general purpose gain stages consisting of Broadband MMIC amplifiers in a Darlington configuration. The amplifiers housed in a lowcost surface mountable package provide a high output intercept point, high gain and low noise figure and do not
require an external bias resistor.
The ICG2130 can be used for amplification in IF and RF applications from 100 MHz to 3000 MHz. The amplifier provides a gain of 17dB typically at 850 MHz and has single ended input and output, internally matched to 50 Ohms. The device can be operated with a single +3V
supply.
The IC is available in industry standard 6L-SOT23 package.

General Purpose Timers
The ICM7555 and ICM7556 are CMOS RC timers providing significantly improved performance over the standard SE/NE 555/6 and 355 timers, while at the same time being direct replacements for those devices in most applications. Improved parameters include low supply current, wide operating supply voltage range, low THRESHOLD, TRIGGER and RESET currents, no crowbarring of the supply current during output transitions, higher frequency performance and no requirement to decouple CONTROL VOLTAGE for stable operation.

 Specifically, the ICM7555 and ICM7556 are stable controllers capable of producing accurate time delays or frequencies. The ICM7556 is a dual ICM7555, with the two timers operating independently of each other, sharing only V+ and GND. In the one shot mode, the pulse width of each circuit is precisely controlled by one external resistor and capacitor. For astable operation as an oscillator, the free running frequency and the duty cycle are both accurately
controlled by two external resistors and one capacitor. Unlike the regular bipolar SE/NE 555/6 devices, the CONTROL VOLTAGE terminal need not be decoupled with a capacitor.
 
 The circuits are triggered and reset on falling (negative) waveforms, and the output inverter can source or sink currents large enough to drive TTL loads, or provide minimal offsets to drive CMOS loads.

 The CA3046 consists of five general purpose silicon NPN transistors on a common monolithic substrate. Two of the transistors are internally connected to form a differentially connected pair.
The transistors of the CA3046 are well suited to a wide variety of applications in low power systems in the DC through VHF range. They may be used as discrete transistors in conventional circuits.  Stratix® and Stratix GX devices have highly versatile phase-locked loops (PLLs) that provide robust clock management and synthesis for on-chip clock management, external system clock management, and high-speed I/O interfaces.
 There are two types of PLLs in each Stratix and Stratix GX device: enhanced PLLs and fast PLLs. Each device has up to four enhanced PLLs, which are feature-rich, general-purpose PLLs supporting advanced capabilities such as external feedback, clock switchover, phase
and delay control, PLL reconfiguration, spread spectrum clocking, and programmable bandwidth.
 There are also up to eight fast PLLs per device, which offer general-purpose clock management with multiplication and phase shifting as well as high-speed outputs to manage the high-speed differential I/O interfaces. The Altera® Quartus® II software enables the PLLs and their features without requiring any external devices.
