General Description
The MP230 operational amplifier is a surface mount constructed component that provides a cost effective solution in many industrial applications. The MP230 offers outstanding performance that rivals many much more expensive hybrid components yet has a footprint of only 4.7 sq in. The MP230 has many optional features such as four-wire current limit sensing, a shutdown
control and external compensation. In addition, the class A/B output stage biasing can be turned off for lower quiescent current with class C operation in applications where crossover distortion is less important such as when driving motors, for example. A boost voltage feature biases the output stage for close linear swings to the supply rail for extra efficient operation.
The MP230 is built on a thermally conductive but electrically insulating substrate that can be mounted to a heat sink.

Product Description
The AP561 is a high dynamic range broadband power amplifier in a surface mount package. The single-stage amplifier has 13.8 dB gain, while being able to achieve high performance for 2.3–2.9 GHz WiMAX applications with up to 39 dBm of compressed 1dB power.
The AP561 uses a high reliability +12V InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology. The device incorporates proprietary bias circuitry to compensate for variations in linearity and current draw over temperature. The device does not require any negative bias voltage; an internal active bias allows the AP561 to operate directly off a commonly used +12V supply and has the added feature of a +5V power down control pin. RoHS-compliant 5x6mm DFN package is surface mountable to allow for low manufacturing costs to the end user.
The AP561 is targeted for use in a balanced or single ended configuration for WiMAX or WiBro applications where high linearity and high power is required.

General Description
Mimix Broadband’s three stage 8.5-11.0 GHz GaAs MMIC power amplifier has a large signal gain of 21.0 dB with a +40.0 dBm saturated output power and also includes on-chip gate bias circuitry. This MMIC uses Mimix Broadband’s 0.5 m GaAs PHEMT device model technology, and is based upon optical gate lithography to ensure high repeatability and uniformity. The chip has surface passivation to protect and provide a rugged part with backside via holes and gold metallization to allow either a conductive epoxy or eutectic solder die attach process. This device is well suited for radar applications.

Description
The Gamewell-FCI Power Supply 9 (GFPS-9) panel provides two (2) Class A, Style Z, or four (4) Class B, Style Y notification appliance circuits. Each circuit is rated at 3 amperes, with a total capacity of 9 amperes per panel. These circuits may be programmed to activate by groups or various combinations by connection to one (1) or two (2) existing Class A or B notification appliance circuits with operating voltages ranging from 9 to 30 VDC. Either noncoded or coded operation is possible. In addition, the GFPS-9 can provide a temporal pattern output from a noncoded input.
A unique feature allows for programmable synchronizedoutputs for strobes by three (3) different major manufacturers, System Sensor, Faraday, or Gentex.
The GFPS-9 contains its own battery charger capable of maintaining batteries of up to 33 AH. The cabinet provides space for a set of 7 A/H batteries. It is supervised for ground fault, over-current, open circuits and low battery conditions. These conditions light the appropriate trouble
LED and automatically open the notification appliance circuit used for activation, transmitting a trouble signal to the main fire alarm control panel. The ground fault detection circuit may be disabled.
The unit contains a set of dry, Form “C” trouble actuated auxiliary contacts, rated 2.5 amp. @ 24 VDC (resistive). Transfer of these contacts for AC power failure is programmable and can be delayed for a period of six (6) hours. This delay feature may be disabled.
A power limited, non-resettable auxiliary power output up to three (3) amperes is also available. The panel can be programmed via DIP switch to disconnect this output from the
batteries 30 seconds after AC power failure, in order to avoid running down the batteries from current devices such as door holders, etc.

Clare and IXYS have combined to bring OptoMOS® technology, reliability and compact size to a new family of High Power Solid State Relays. As part of this new family, the CPC1709 single pole normally open (1-Form-A) DC Solid State Relay employs optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 2500Vrms of input to output isolation.
The output is constructed with an efficient MOSFET switch and photovoltaic die that uses Clare’s patented OptoMOS architecture while the input GaAlAs infrared LED provides the optically-coupled control. The combination of low on-resistance and high load current handling capability makes this relay suitable for a variety of high performance DC switching applications.
The unique ISOPLUS-264 package pioneered by IXYS allows solid state relays to achieve the highest load current and power ratings. This package features an IXYS unique process where the silicon chips are soft soldered onto the Direct Copper Bond (DCB) substrate instead of the usual copper leadframe. The DCB ceramic, the same substrate used in high power modules, not only provides 2500Vrms isolation but also very low thermal resistance (0.3°C/W).

General Description
The AME5170 is a fixed off-time step-up DC/DC converter in a small SOT-25 package. The AME5170 is ideal for LCD panels requiring low current and high efficiency as well as LED application for cellular phone backlighting, PDAs, and other hand-held devices. The low 400ns off time allows the use of tiny external components. AME5170 is designed to drive up to four white LEDs in series with a constant current from a single Li-lon battery. To control LED brightness, the LED current can be adjusted by applying a PWM (pulse width modulated) signal with a frequency range of 100Hz to 50KHz to the EN pin.
