Product Description
Sirenza Microdevices’ SZM-3166Z is a high linearity class AB Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) amplifier housed in a low-cost surface-mountable plastic Q-FlexN multi-chip module package. This HBT amplifier is made with InGaP on GaAs device technology and fabricated with MOCVD for an ideal combination of low cost and high reliability.
This product is specifically designed for 802.16 customer premise equipment (CPE) terminals in the 3.3-3.6 GHz bands. It can run from a 3V to 5.2V supply. The external output match and bias adjustability allows load line optimization for other applications covering 3.5-3.8GHz. It features an output power detector, on/off power control and high RF overdrive robustness.
A 20dB step attenuator feature can be utilized by swtiching the second stage Power up/down control. This product features a RoHS compliant and Green package with matte tin finish, designated by the ‘Z’ suffix.

DESCRIPTION
The SHARP GP2W0110YPS/GP2W0114YPS are low-power, short-range infrared transceiver modules. They meet the Mobile Communication Low Power Option within the IrDA Specification for the 20 cm communication range. When operating at lower supply voltages, these units provide a reliable interface between logic and IR signals. Applications include through-air, serial, half-duplex IR wireless data links at rates up to 115 kbit/s and the devices are designed to satisfy the IrDA Physical Layer Specifications.
The SHARP GP2W0110YPS/GP2W0114YPS infrared transceiver modules contain a high speed, high efficiency, low power consumption AlGaAs LED, silicon PIN photodiode, and the low power driven bipolar integrated circuit. The IC contains a LED driver circuit and a receiver that provides the Rx output supporting 2.4 kbit/s to 115.2 kbit/s IrDA signals. They meet the IrDA Low Power Option Communication Standard link distance of 0.2 m with low power devices and 0.3 m with standard devices.
The GP2W0110YPS/GP2W0114YPS include a constant-current source in the LED driver circuit that eliminates the need for an external current limiting resistor in the LED circuit.
The IrDA Low Power Option Standard is most suitable for telecommunication products and mobile terminals, such as cellular phones, paging devices, and PDA-cellular combined multimedia devices. The transceiver modules provide wireless data link capability for cellular phones and pagers, PDAs, or any other IrDA application already on the market.
The transceiver modules’ receiver electronics operate at voltages from 2.0 V through 3.6 V without any performance degradation. The split-voltage supply allows the LED voltage to come from a separate supply. An example is in cell phones where the LED may operate from the battery and the receiver and logic section is supplied from a regulated supply at a lower voltage.
This provides manufacturers with the advantage of an energy saving design in any application field, with alternatives for supply voltage and flexibility for other components. The GP2W0110YPS/GP2W0114YPS transceiver modules have a built-in 0.1 μA Shutdown mode for those applications that are very conscious about current consumption. Additionally, the GP2W0110YPS/GP2W0114YPS have a tri-state output, which allow their use in applications where one port connection may be connected to more than one device.
The included shield is appropriate in applications where Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) is a concern. Infrared energy is immune to EMI, but the receiving PIN photodiode is somewhat sensitive to EMI. This is the case in all IR communication devices.

Description
The ISL62386 controller generates supply voltages for battery-powered systems. The ISL62386 includes two pulse-width modulation (PWM) controllers, adjustable from 0.6V to 5.5V, and two linear regulators, LDO5 and LDO3, that generate a fixed 5V output and a fixed 3.3V output respectively. Each can deliver up to 100mA. The Channel 2 switching regulator will automatically take over the LDO5 load when programmed to 5V output. This provides a large power saving and boosts efficiency. The ISL62386 includes on-board power-up sequencing, one power-good (PGOOD) output, digital soft-start, and an internal soft-stop output discharge that prevents negative voltages on shutdown.
The patented R3 PWM control scheme provides a low jitter system with fast response to load transients. Light-load efficiency is improved with period-stretching discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) operation. To eliminate noise in audio frequency applications, an ultrasonic DCM mode is included, which limits the minimum switching frequency to approximately 28kHz.
The ISL62386 is available in a 32 Ld 5x5 TQFN package, and can operate over the extended temperature range (-10°C to +100°C).

DESCRIPTION
The PA51 and PA51A are high voltage, high output current operational amplifiers designed to drive resistive, inductive and capacitive loads. Their complementary common emitter output stage is the simple class C type optimized for low frequency applications where crossover distortion is not critical.
These amplifiers are not recommended for audio, transducer or deflection coil drive circuits. The safe operating area (SOA) is fully specified and can be observed for all operating conditions by selection of user programmable current limiting resistors. Both amplifiers are internally compensated for all gain settings. For continuous operation under load, mounting on a heatsink of proper rating is recommended. Do not use isolation washers!
This hybrid integrated circuit utilizes thick film conductors, ceramic capacitors and semiconductor chips to maximize reliability, minimize size and give top performance. Ultrasonically bonded aluminum wires provide reliable interconnections at all operating temperatures. The 8-pin TO-3 package is electrically isolated and hermetically sealed. The use of compressible thermal washers and/or improper mounting torque will void the product warranty. Please see “General Operating Considerations”.
The linear relationship of torque output to current input of the modern torque motor makes this simple control circuit ideal for many material processing and testing applications. The sense resistor develops a feedback voltage proportional to motor current and the small signal properties of the Power Op Amp insure accuracy. With this closed loop operation, temperature induced impedance variations of the motor winding are automatically compensated.

The TAS5352A is a high-performance, integrated stereo digital amplifier power stage designed to drive a 4-Ω bridge-tied load (BTL) at up to 125 W per channel with low harmonic distortion, low integrated noise, and low idle current.
The TAS5352A has a complete protection system integrated on-chip, safeguarding the device against a wide range of fault conditions that could damage the system. These protection features are short-circuit protection, over-current protection, under voltage protection, over temperature protection, and a loss of PWM signal (PWM activity detector).
