DESCRIPTION
The PA84 is a high voltage operational amplifier designed for output voltage swings up to ±145V with a dual supply or 290V with a single supply. Two versions are available. The new PA84S, fast settling amplifier can absorb differential input overvoltages up to ±50V while the established PA84 and PA84A can handle differential input overvoltages of up to ±300V. Both versions are protected against common mode transients and overvoltages up to the supply rails. High accuracy is achieved with a cascode input circuit configuration. All internal biasing is referenced to a zener diode fed by a FET constant current source. As a result, the PA84 features an unprecedented supply range and excellent supply rejection. The output stage is biased-on for linear operation. External phase compensation allows for user flexibility in obtaining the maximum slew rate. Fixed current limits protect these amplifiers against shorts to common at supply voltages up to 150V. For operation into inductive loads, two external flyback pulse protection diodes are recommended. However, a heatsink may be necessary to maintain the proper case temperature under normal operating conditions.
This hybrid integrated circuit utilizes a beryllia (BeO) substrate, thick film resistors, ceramic capacitors and semiconductor chips to maximize reliability, minimize size and give top performance. Ultrasonically bonded aluminum wires provide reliable interconnections at all operating temperatures. The 8-pin TO-3 package is hermetically sealed and electrically isolated. The use of compressible thermal isolation washers and/or improper mounting torque will void the product warranty. Please see “General Operating Considerations”.

DESCRIPTION
The AIC1529 is a quad high-side power switch for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. Both high-side switches are MOSFET with 110mW RDS(ON), which meets USB voltage drop requirements for maximum transmission wire length.
Multi-purpose open-drain fault flag output indicates over-current limiting, thermal shutdown, or undervoltage lockout for each channel. Output current is typically limited to 1.3A, and the thermal shutdown functions of the power switches independently control their channel under overcurrent condition.
Guaranteed minimum output rise time limits inrush current during hot plug-in as well as minimizing EMI and prevents the voltage at upstream port from dropping excessively.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The XRP7604 is a non-synchronous voltage mode PWM step down converter with integrated high side FET optimized to drive high power LEDs at up to 1A of continuous current. A wide 4.5V to 29V input voltage range allows for single supply operations from industry standard 5V, 12V or 24V power rails.
A 1.2MHz constant operating frequency allows for small external components selection while an internal type II control loop compensation reduces the overall component count and solution footprint. A low 200mV feedback reference voltage minimizes power dissipation in the system while efficiency is mazimized via a 100% duty cycle capability. Dimming and shutdown mode is provided via an enable function when required. DESCRIPTION
The PA 16 and PA 16A are wideband, high output current operational amplifiers designed to drive resistive, inductive and capacitive loads. Their complementary “collector output” stage can swing close to the supply rails and is protected against inductive kickback. For optimum linearity, the output stage is biased for class A/B operation. The safe operating area (SOA) can be observed for all operating conditions by selection of user programmable, current limiting resistors (down to 10mA). Both amplifiers are internally compensated but are not recommended for use as unity gain followers. For continuous operation under load, mounting on a heatsink of proper rating is recommended.
These hybrid integrated circuits utilize thick film (cermet) resistors, ceramic capacitors and semiconductor chips to maximize reliability, minimize size and give top performance. Ultrasonically bonded aluminum wires provide reliable interconnections at all operating temperatures. The Power SIP package is electrically isolated.
