General Description
The AP3154 is a high efficiency charge-pump white LED driver with 1x, 1.5x, 2x operating modes. The AP3154 operates on power supplies from 2.7v to 5.5v. It drives up to four channels of white LEDs while the intensity of each channel is configured by varying the respective current levels. Each channel can supply up to 30mA current. Up to four channels can be ganged together to provide maximum load current of 120mA.
The Serial Digital Interface (SDI) provides the capability to configure the current for each LED channel. Some other key features, such as Up Spread Spectrum Control, different charge-pump switching frequencies (0.6MHz/1.2MHz/1.8MHz), and PWM dimming control, can also be programmed through the interface.
The AP3154 has a built-in soft-start circuit to minimize the inrush current during power-up and mode switching. Various protections such as short-circuit, over-voltage, under-voltage, and thermal shutdown are integrated to ensure system reliability. The quiescent current of AP3154 during shutdown is less than 6μA.

The CAT4016 is a 16 channel constant current driver for LED billboard and other general display applications. LED channel currents are programmed together via an external RSET resistor. Low output voltage operation on the LED channels as low as 0.4V (for 2 to 100mA LED current) allows for more power efficient designs.
A high-speed 4-wire serial interface of up to 25MHz clock frequency controls each individual channel using a shift register and latch configuration. A serial output data pin (SOUT) allows multiple devices to be cascaded and programmed via one serial interface. The device also includes a blanking control pin (BLANK) that can be used to disable all channels independently of the interface.
Thermal shutdown protection is incorporated in the device to disable the LED outputs if the die temperature exceeds a set limit.
The device is available in the 24-lead SOIC, TSSOP, QSOP and the compact TQFN 4 x 4mm packages.

The SC4505 is a high-frequency PWM current-mode stepup switching regulator with an integrated 2A power transistor. Its high switching frequency (1MHz) allows the use of tiny surface-mount external passive components. The internal switch is rated at 36V which makes the converter ideal for multiple LED series operation with optimal current matching. Two programmable independent current source structure allows dual panel LED backlight and flash operation.

The XRP7604 is a non-synchronous voltage mode PWM step down converter with integrated high side FET optimized to drive high power LEDs at up to 1A of continuous current. A wide 4.5V to 29V input voltage range allows for single supply operations from industry standard 5V, 12V or 24V power rails.
A 1.2MHz constant operating frequency allows for small external components selection while an internal type II control loop compensation reduces the overall component count and solution footprint. A low 200mV feedback reference voltage minimizes power dissipation in the system while efficiency is mazimized via a 100% duty cycle capability. The CAT3604V is a high efficiency Quad-ModeTM fractional charge pump that can drive up to four LEDs with input supply voltages as low as 2.5V.
An external RSET resistor is used to control the LED channel brightness while channel diagnostics include automatic detection for both short and open LED channel conditions, ensuring the CAT3604V maintains the highest efficiency level in all operating modes.

This BiCMOS device includes an On/Off shift register, a Dot Correction (DC) shift register, accompanying data latches, and 16 MOS constant-current sink drivers with active pull-ups that
