Description
The S-5711A Series, developed by CMOS technology, is a Hall IC with a high-sensitivity and operates on a low current.
The output voltage changes when the S-5711A Series detects the intensity level of flux density. Using the S-5711A Series with a magnet makes it possible to detect the open/close state in various devices.
High-density mounting is possible by using the super-small SNT-4A, SOT-23-3 packages. Also, the S-5711A Series is the most suitable for portable devices due to the low current consumption.

General Description
AH1751 is a single-digital-output Hall-effect sensor for high temperature operation. The device includes an on-chip Hall voltage generator for magnetic sensing, an amplifier to amplify Hall voltage, and a comparator to provide switching hysteresis for noise rejection, and an open-collector output pre-driver. An internal band-gap regulator is used to provide temperature compensated supply voltage for internal circuits and allows a wide operating supply range.
While the magnetic flux density (B) is larger than threshold Bop, the OUT pin turns on (low). If B removed toward Brp, the OUT pin is latched “on” state prior to B < Brp. When B < Brp, the OUT pin go into “ off ” state.

Description
The MLX90242 is a CMOS Linear Hall Effect sensor IC. It possesses active error correction
circuitry which virtually eliminates the offset errors normally associated with analog Hall
Effect devices.
The ratiometric output voltage is proportional to the supply voltage. When using the supply
voltage as a reference for an A/D converter, fluctuations of +10% in supply voltage will not
affect accuracy. For a positive slope, the voltage at the output will increase as a South magnetic field is applied to the branded face of the MLX90242. Conversely, the voltage output will decrease in the presence of a North magnetic field. For a negative slope, the voltage at the
output will increase as a North magnetic field is applied to the branded face of the MLX90242.
Conversely, the voltage output will decrease in the presence of a South magnetic field.

AH1885 is with two Hall effect plates and dual CMOS output driver, mainly designed for battery–powered, hand-held equipment (such as Cellular and Cordless Phone, PDA). The total operation power is down to 15uW in the 1.8V supply. Either north or south pole of sufficient strength will turn the output1 on. The output1 will be turned off under no magnetic field.
While the magnetic flux density (B) is larger than operate point (Bop), the output1 will be turned on (low), the output1 is held until B is lower than release point (Brp), then turned off.

AH266 is an integrated Hall sensor with output drivers designed for electronic commutation of
brush-less DC motor applications. The device includes an on-chip Hall voltage generator for

switching hysteresis for noise rejection, and complementary darlington open-collector drivers for sinking large current loads. An internal bandgap regulator is used to provide temperature
compensated supply voltage for internal circuits and allows a wide operating supply range.

 If a magnetic flux density (B) is larger than operate point (Bop), DO turn on (low) and DOB turn off (high). The outputs state is latched prior to reach release point (Brp). if B< Brp, DO turn off and DOB turn on. AH266 is rated for operation over temperature range from -20oC to 85 oC and voltage range from 4V to 28V. The devices are available in low cost die forms or rugged 4 pin SIP packages.
