DESCRIPTION
The SPE0511 are designed by TVS device that is to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to ESD. They are designed for use in applications where board space is at a premium. SPE0511 will protect single line, and may be used on line where the signal polarities swing above and below ground.
SPE0511 offer desirable characteristics for board level protection including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation.
SPE0511 may be used to meet the immunity requirements of IEC 61000-4-2, level 4. The small SOD-523 package makes them ideal for use in portable electronics such as cell phones, PDA’s, notebook computers, and digital cameras.

This device is a 4 line EMI filter array for wireless applications.
Greater than −25 dB attenuation is obtained at frequencies from 800 MHz to 4.0 GHz. The NUF4310MN has a cut−off frequency of 185 MHz. This WDFN package is specifically designed to enhance EMI filtering for low−profile or slim design electronics especially where space and height is a premium. It also offers ESD protection−clamping transients from static discharges. ESD protection is provided across all capacitors.

DESCRIPTION
The Intersil ISL32x7xE are ±16.5kV IEC61000-4-2 ESD Protected, 3.0V to 5.5V powered, QUAD transmitters for balanced communication using the RS-422 standard. These drivers have very low output leakage currents (±10μA), so they present a low load to the RS-422 bus.
Driver (Tx) outputs are tri-statable, and incorporate a hot plug feature to keep them disabled during power-up and down. Versions are available with a common EN/EN (‘172 pinout), a two channel EN12/EN34 (‘174 pinout), or a versatile combination of individual and group channel
enables.
The ISL32372E, ISL32374E utilize slew rate limited drivers which reduce EMI, and minimize reflections from improperly terminated transmission lines, or from unterminated stubs in multidrop and multipoint applications. Drivers on the other versions are not limited, so they can achieve the 10Mbps or 32Mbps data rates. All versions are offered in Industrial and Extended Industrial (-40°C to +125°C) temperature ranges.
A 50% smaller footprint (compared to the TSSOP) is available with the ISL32179E’s QFN package. This device also features a logic supply pin (VL), that sets the switching points of the enable and DI inputs to be compatible with a lower supply voltage in mixed voltage systems. Two speed select pins allow the ISL32179E user to select from three slew rate options for 460kbps, 10Mbps, or 32Mbps data rates. Individual channel and group enable pins increase the ISL32179E’s flexibility.

DESCRIPTION
The SP3070-3078E differential line transceivers are suitable for bidirectional communication
on balanced multipoint bus transmission lines and comply with both RS485 and RS422 EIA
Standards. Each device consists of a differential driver and differential receiver. All devices
operate from a 3.3V power supply.
High receiver input impedance allows a large number of transceivers to share a common data
bus while maintaining signal margin and without excessive loading or use of expensive
repeaters. The high impedance driver output is maintained over the entire common-mode
voltage range from -7 to +12V. Receivers will failsafe to logic 1 output when inputs are open,
shorted or terminated. Drivers include built-in short-circuit protection and a thermal-overload
shutdown to protect against excessive power dissipation from bus contention or cable faults.
All RS485 inputs are ESD protected up to ±15kV (Air-Gap and Human Body Model) and up
to ±8kV Contact discharge (IEC 1000-4-2).

Description
The EClampTM2357N is a low pass filter array with integrated TVS diodes. It is designed to suppress unwanted EMI/RFI signals and provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in portable electronic equipment. They have been optimized for protection of touch screen displays, secure digital (SD) card interfaces, and color LCD panels in cellular phones and other portable electronics.
The device consists of six pi filter circuits comprised of TVS diodes for ESD protection, and a resistor capacitor network for EMI/RFI filtering. A series resistor value of 100Ω and a component capacitance value of 10pF are used to achieve 20dB minimum attenuation from
1.0GHz to 3GHz. The device also includes 4 discrete TVS diodes for dedicated ESD protection. All of the TVS diodes provide effective suppression of ESD voltages in excess of ±15kV (air discharge) and ±8kV (contact discharge) per IEC 61000-4-2, level 4.

DESCRIPTION
The SP720 is an array of SCR/Diode bipolar structures for ESD and over-voltage protection to sensitive input circuits.
The SP720 has 2 protection SCR/Diode device structures per input.
A total of 14 available inputs can be used to protect up to 14 external signal or bus lines.
Over-voltage protection is from the IN (pins 1-7 and 9-15) to V+ or V-.
The SCR structures are designed for fast triggering at a threshold of one +V BE diode threshold above V+ (Pin 16) or a -V BE diode threshold below V- (Pin 8).
From an IN input, a clamp to V+ is activated if a transient pulse causes the input to be increased to a voltage level greater than one V BE above V+.
A similar clamp to V- is activated if a negative pulse, one V BE less than V-, is applied to an IN input.

Product Description
California Micro Devices’ CM1240 is a four channel ESD protection array. Three channels of the CM1240 are low voltage (LV) diodes, which have a capacitance of 7pF enabling them to protect high speed I/O ports while providing robust ESD protection. The other channel of the CM1240 is a high voltage (HV) diode which has a capacitance of 25pF enabling it to protect
power supply inputs or OLED power rails, etc.
The parts integrate avalanche-type ESD diodes, which provide a very high level of protection for sensitive electronic components that may be subjected to electrostatic discharge (ESD). The ESD protection diodes are designed and characterized to safely dissipate ESD strikes of 8kV, the maximum requirement of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. Using the MIL-STD-883 (Method 3015) specification for Human Body Model (HBM) ESD, the pins are protected for contact discharges of greater than 16kV.
This device is particularly well suited for portable electronics (e.g. wireless handsets, PDAs, notebook computers) because of its small package format and easy-to-use pin assignments. In particular, the CM1240 is ideal for protecting USB or mini USB ports operating at full speed (12Mbps).
The CM1240 is available in a space saving, low profile, lead-free TDFN-8 or SOT-563 package.
