Description
The GS9078A is a second generation high-speed BiCMOS integrated circuit designed to drive one or two 75Ω co-axial cables.
The GS9078A may drive data rates up to 540Mb/s and provides two selectable slew rates in order to achieve compliance to SMPTE 259M and SMPTE 344M.
The GS9078A accepts a LVPECL level differential input that may be AC coupled. External biasing resistors at the inputs are not required.
Power consumption is typically 168mW using a 3.3V power supply. The GS9078A is Pb-free, and the encapsulation compound does not contain halogenated flame retardant.
This component and all homogeneous subcomponents are RoHS compliant.

Overview
The STK673-010-E is a 3-phase stepping motor driver hybrid IC with built-in microstep controller having a bipolar constant current PWM system, in which a power MOSFET is employed at an output stage.
It includes a 3-phase distributed controller for a 3-phase stepping motor to realize a simple configuration of the motor driver circuit.
The number of motor revolution can be controlled by the frequency of external clock input. 2, 2-3, W2-3 and 2W2-3-phase excitation modes are available. The basic step angle of the stepping motor can be separated as much as one-eighth 2-3-phase to 2W2-3-phase excitation mode control quasi-sine wave current, thereby realizing low vibration and low noise.

*4 types of modes, i.e., 2, 2-3, W2-3 and 2W2-3-phase excitations, are available which can be selected based on rising of clock signals, by switching Highs and Lows of Mode A and Mode B terminals.

General Description
The IXDD409/IXDI409/IXDN409 are high speed high current gate drivers specifically designed to drive the largest MOSFETs and IGBTs to their minimum switching time and maximum practical frequency limits. The IXDD409/IXDI409/IXDN409 can source and sink 9A of peak current while
producing voltage rise and fall times of less than 30ns. The input of the drivers are compatible with TTL or CMOS and are fully immune to latch up over the entire operating range.
Designed with small internal delays, cross conduction/current shoot-through is virtually eliminated in the IXDD409/IXDI409/IXDN409. Their features and wide safety margin in operating voltage and power make the drivers unmatched in performance and value.
The IXDD409 incorporates a unique ability to disable the output under fault conditions. When a logical low is forced into the Enable input, both final output stage MOSFETs (NMOS and PMOS) are turned off. As a result, the output of the IXDD409 enters a tristate mode and achieves a Soft Turn-Off of the MOSFET/IGBT when a short circuit is detected.
This helps prevent damage that could occur to the MOSFET/IGBT if it were to be switched off abruptly due to a dv/dt overvoltage transient.
The IXDN409 is configured as a non-inverting gate driver, andthe IXDI409 is an inverting gate driver.
The IXDD409/IXDI409/IXDN409 are available in the standard 8-pin P-DIP (PI), SOP-8 (SI), 5-pin TO-220 (CI) and in the TO-263 (YI) surface-mount packages.

General Description
The AAT3105 is a charge-pump based, current-source white LED driver capable of driving one to four LEDs up to 30mA, each. It automatically switches between 1x mode and 2x mode to maintain the highest efficiency and optimal LED current matching.
The AAT3105 charge pump’s 1x mode (bypass mode) has very low resistance, allowing LED current regulation to be maintained with input supply voltage approaching the LED forward voltage.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ICS841S01 is a PLL-based clock generator specifically designed for PCI_Express™Clock
Generation applications. This device generates a 100MHz HCSL clock. The device offers a HCSL (Host Clock Signal Level) clock output from a clock input reference of 25MHz. The input reference may be derived from an external source or by the addition of a 25MHz crystal to the on-chip crystal oscillator. An external reference may be applied to the XTAL_IN pin with the XTAL_OUT pin left floating.
The device offers spread spectrum clock output for reduced EMI applications. An I2C bus interface is used to enable or disable spread spectrum operation as well as select either a down spread value of -0.35% or -0.5%.

DESCRIPTION
The LH1594/LH1595 are LCD drivers with a built-in character ROM suitable for driving small scale dotmatrix LCD panels, and which are capable of being directly connected to the bus line of a microcomputer. The 8-bit parallel or serial data transferred from a microcomputer is used to
generate LCD drive signals for displaying characters.
