The IRS2609D is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with dependent high and low side referenced output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with Standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3 V logic. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration which operates up to 600 V.

The GS9029 is a second generation bipolar integrated circuit designed to drive four 75Ω co-axial cables.
The GS9029 features two pairs of complementary outputs whose amplitude is controlled within ±7.5%. The output signal levels are also adjustable from 50mVp-p up to 1000mVp-p with little change in other performance parameters. The amplitude of the output stage is varied by adjusting the RSET resistor value. The patented current mode outputs ensure superior output return loss and minimal over shoot. The rise/fall time circuitry allows wide range operation and provides symmetrical balanced outputs to reject power supply noise. The TPS65573 offers a complete solution for a charging photo flash capacitor and flashing xenon tube with insulated gate bipolar transfer (IGBT) driver. This device has an integrated voltage reference, power (SW), comparators for peak current detection/power SW turnon detection/charge complete detection, IGBT driver and control logics for charging applications/driving IGBT applications.
Compared with discrete solutions, this device reduces the component count, shrinks the total solution size, and erases the difficulty of design for xenon tube application.

General Description
The AAT3104 is a charge-pump based, current-source white LED driver capable of driving one to four LEDs up to 30mA, each. It automatically switches between 1x mode and 2x mode to maintain the highest efficiency and optimal LED current accuracy and matching.
The AAT3104 charge pump’s 1x mode (bypass mode) has very low resistance allowing LED current regulation to be maintained with input supply voltage approaching the LED forward voltage.

The HD66520 is a column driver for liquid crystal dot-matrix graphic display systems. This LSI incorporates 160 liquid crystal drive circuits and a 160 ´ 240 ´ 2-bit bit-map RAM, which is suitable for LCDs in portable information devices. It also includes a general-purpose SRAM interface so that draw access can be easily implemented from a general-purpose CPU. The HD66520 also has a new arbitration method which prevents flicker when the CPU performs draw access asynchronously. The on-chip display RAM greatly decreases power consumption compared to previous liquid crystal display systems because there is no need for high-speed data transfer. The chip also incorporates a four-level grayscale controller for enhanced graphics capabilities, such as icons on a screen.

The HFA5253 is a very high speed monolithic pin driver solution for high performance test systems. The device will switch at high data rates between two input voltage levels providing variable amplitude pulses. Slew Rate Control pins provide independent control over positive and negative slew rate allowing the customer to optimize the pin driver speed for their application. The output impedance is trimmed to achieve a precision 50Ω source for impedance matching.

The ADN4663 is a dual, CMOS, low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) line driver offering data rates of over 600 Mbps (300 MHz), and ultralow power consumption. It features a flow-through pinout for easy PCB layout and separation of input and output signals.
The device accepts low voltage TTL/CMOS logic signals and converts them to a differential current output of typically ±3.1 mA for driving a transmission medium such as a twisted-pair cable. General Description
The IXDD414 is a high speed high current gate driver specifically designed to drive the largest MOSFETs and IGBTs to their minimum switching time and maximum practical frequency limits. The IXDD414 can source and sink 14A of peak current while producing voltage rise and fall times of less than 30ns. The input of the driver is compatible with TTL or CMOS and is fully immune to latch up over the entire operating range. Designed with small internal delays, cross conduction/current shootthrough is virtually eliminated in the IXDD414. Its features and wide safety margin in operating voltage and power make the IXDD414 unmatched in performance and value.
The IXDD414 incorporates a unique ability to disable the output under fault conditions. When a logical low is forced into the Enable input, both final output stage MOSFETs (NMOS and PMOS) are turned off. As a result, the output of the IXDD414 enters a tristate mode and achieves a Soft Turn-Off of the MOSFET/IGBT when a short circuit is detected. This helps prevent damage that could occur to the MOSFET/IGBT if it were to be switched off abruptly due to a dv/dt over-voltage transient.

IR1168 is dual smart secondary-side rectifier driver IC designed to drive two N-Channel power MOSFETs used as synchronous rectifiers in resonant converter applications. The IC can control one or more paralleled N MOSFETs to emulate the behavior of Schottky diode rectifiers. The drain to source for each rectifier MOSFET voltage is sensed differentially to determine the level of the current and the power switch is turned ON and OFF in close proximity of the zero current transition.
