Product Description
The PE43602 is a HaRP™-enhanced, high linearity, 6-bit RF Digital Step Attenuator (DSA) covering a 31.5 dB attenuation range in 0.5 dB steps. This Peregrine 50Ω RF DSA provides both a serial and parallel CMOS control interface. It maintains high attenuation accuracy over frequency and temperature and exhibits very low insertion loss and low power consumption.
Performance does not change with Vdd due to on-board regulator. This next generation Peregrine DSA is available in a 4x4 mm 24 lead QFN footprint.
The PE43602 is manufactured on Peregrine’s UltraCMOS™ process, a patented variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology on a sapphire substrate, offering the performance of GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.

Description
The AD310-25 is an IC FET digital attenuator consisting of four monolithic attenuators consisting of four monolithic attenuators with LSB of 1 dB and a total attenuation of 15dB with all attenuators connected.
This unit is a pin for pin replacement for the AT002D8-25 with improved RF performance extended to 2GHz.
The AD310-25 is particularly suited where high attenuation accuracy, low insertion loss and low intermodulation products are required. Typical applications include cellular radio, wireless data, wireless local loop and other gain level control circuits.
