General Description
The HMC602LP4(E) Logarithmic Detector/Controller converts RF signals at its input, to a proportional DC voltage at its output. The HMC602LP4(E) employs a successive compression topology which delivers extremely high dynamic range and conversion accuracy over a wide input frequency range. As the input power is increased, successive amplifi ers move into saturation one by one creating an accurate approximation of the logarithm function. The output of a series of square law detectors is summed, converted into voltage domain and buffered to drive the LOGOUT output. For detection mode, the LOGOUT pin is shorted to the VSET input, and will provide a nominal logarithmic slope of -25mV/ dB and an intercept of 12 dBm (19 dBm for ƒ ≥ 5.8 GHz).
The HMC602LP4(E) can also be used in the controller mode where an external voltage is applied to the VSET pin, to create an AGC or APC feedback loop.

Product Description
The SE2582L is a 2.4 GHz power amplifier designed for use in the 2.4 GHz ISM band for wireless LAN applications.
The SE2582L is completely integrated including all RF matching (input, output and interstage) as well as a high performance power detector for closed loop monitoring of the output power.
The SE2582L includes a digital enable control for device on/off control. This functionality allows for a seamless interface with CMOS transceivers, without the use of external logic or reference voltages.
The SE2582L temperature compensated power detector has is highly immune to mismatch at its output with less than 1.5 dB of variation with a 2:1 mismatch.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The XC6101~XC6107, XC6111~XC6117 series are groups of high-precision, low current consumption voltage detectors with manual reset input function and watchdog functions incorporating CMOS process technology. The series consist of a reference voltage source, delay circuit, comparator, and output driver. With the built-in delay circuit, the XC6101 ~ XC6107, XC6111 ~ XC6117 series’ ICs do not require any external components to output signals with release delay time.

 Moreover, with the manual reset function, reset can be asserted at any time. The ICs produce two types of output; VDFL (low when detected) and VDFH (high when detected).
With the XC6101 ~ XC6105, XC6111 ~ XC6115 series’ ICs, the WD pin can be left open if the watchdog function is not used.
 Whenever the watchdog pin is opened, the internal counter clears before the watchdog timeout occurs. Since the manual reset pin is internally pulled up to the VIN pin voltage level, the ICs can be used with the manual reset pin left unconnected if the pin is unused.

 The detect voltages are internally fixed 1.6V ~ 5.0V in increments of 100mV, using laser trimming technology. Six watchdog timeout period settings are available in a range from 6.25msec to 1.6sec. Seven release delay time 1 are available in a range from 3.13msec to 1.6sec.

The NCP300 and NCP301 series are second generation ultra−low current voltage detectors. These devices are specifically designed for use as reset controllers in portable microprocessor based systems where extended battery life is paramount. Each series features a highly accurate undervoltage detector with hysteresis which prevents erratic system reset operation as the comparator threshold is crossed. The NCP300 series consists of complementary output devices that are available with either an active high or active low reset output. The NCP301 series has an open drain N−Channel output with either an active high or active low reset output. The NCP300 and NCP301 device series are available in the Thin TSOP−5 package with standard undervoltage thresholds. Additional thresholds that range from 0.9 V to 4.9 V in 100 mV steps can be manufactured.
