Description
The EU101x is an OTP type 8-bit micro-controller with 2(EU1010)/4(EU1011) channels of 10-bit A/D converter using advanced CMOS process. The EU101x is specially designed for various industrial field applications. The EU101x incorporates two sets of 8-bit timer/counters, where timer0/1 is specially designed for PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) generator. There are 8 I/O ports and 12 I/O ports with EU1010 and EU1011, respectively. Considering form factor and manufacturability, the EU1010 is packaged into 10-pin non-JEDEC-standard compact-size SOP while the EU1011 is packaged into 14-pin non-JEDEC-standard compact-size SOP.

DESCRIPTION
The LP02U Series is designed specifically for low-cost Local Area Network applications. It provides isolated power for LAN transceiver devices. The product operates from either 5 or 12 volts input voltage and supplies an isolated -9 volts output.
The LP02U Series is housed in an industry standard 24-pin dualin-line (DIP) package to permit upgrading of existing systems. A 100kHz push-pull oscillator is used in the input stage, complementing the units high efficiency and low noise characteristics.

General Description
The AAT1218 is a general purpose DC/DC synchronous boost (step-up) converter providing a tightly regulated DC output voltage for continuous output currents up to 1A (minimum). Operating input voltage must be less than the output voltage and in the 0.5V to 5.5V range, making the device well suited to portable equipment and consumer appliances.
The boost output voltage is programmed from 2.5V to 5.5V with an external resistor divider. Optimized internal compensation provides fast transient response with no external components.
Synchronous rectification eliminates the need for an external rectifier for output voltage less than 4.5V. Low on-resistance internal switches provide efficiency up to 95%, which minimizes losses and simplifies packaging and circuit board layout. An inductor, two resistors and two ceramic output capacitors are all that are required to implement a DC/DC boost solution.
The switching frequency is internally set to 1.2MHz to minimize external filter size and optimize switching losses.
Integrated soft-start ensures minimal inrush current. The “anti-ring” circuit reduces stray EMI during light load, discontinuous operation. Input quiescient current is less than 400μA at no load.
The device provides cycle-by-cycle current limit and overtemperature protection to prevent device over-stress.
The AAT1218 is available in a Pb-free, 12-pin low profile TDFN33 package or a 12-pin TSOPJW package; both packages are rated from -40°C to 85°C.

DESCRIPTION
The AIC7660 is a monolithic CMOS switched capacitor voltage converter. Designed to be an improved direct replacement for the popular 7660 and LTC1044, the main function of the AIC7660 is to convert a positive input voltage in the range of 1.5V to 6V to the corresponding negative
output voltage in the range of -1.5V to -6V. The input voltage can also be doubled (VOUT = 2VIN), divided (VOUT = VIN /2), or multiplied (VOUT = ±nVIN), as shown in application examples.
The chip contains a series DC power supply regulator, oscillator, control circuitry and four output power MOS switches. The frequency of oscillator can be lowered by the addition of an external capacitor to the OSC pin, or the oscillator may be over-driven by an external clock.
The boost function is available to raise the oscillator frequency to optimize performance in specific applications. The “LV” terminal may be tied to GND to improve low input voltage (VIN ≤3.0V) operation, or be left floating for input voltage larger than 3.0V to improve power dissipation.
The AIC7660 provides performance superior to previous designs by combining low output impedance, low quiescent current with high efficiency, and by eliminating diode drop voltage losses. The only required external components are two low cost electrolytic capacitors.

General Description
The Channel 1 is a step-down DC/DC converter, and own the ability of driving a 3A load without additional transistor component. Due to reducing the number of external component, the board space can be saved easily. The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then come into standby mode. The internal compensation makes feedback control have good line and load regulation without external design. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown is to prevent over temperature operating from damage, and current limit is against over current operating of the output switch. If current limit function occurred and VFB is down to 0.5V below, the switching frequency will be reduced. The switching frequency of 150KHz thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include a guaranteed +4% tolerance on output voltage under specified input voltage and output load conditions, and +20% on the oscillator frequency.
The channel 2 is a 1A regulator with extremely low dropout voltage. This product is specifically designed to provide well regulated supply for applications requiring 2.8V or lower voltages from 3.3V power supplies where high efficiency of a switcher can be achieved without the cost and complexity associated with switching regulator.

The AAT1141 SwitchReg is a 2MHz step-down converter with an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and output voltage as low as 0.6V. It is optimized to react quickly to a load variation.

General Description
The TC850 is a monolithic CMOS A/D converter (ADC) with resolution of 15-bits plus sign. It combines a chopper-stabilized buffer and integrator with a unique multiple-slope integration technique that increases conversion speed. The result is 16 times improvement in speed over previous 15-bit, monolithic integrating ADCs (from 2.5 conversions per second up to 40 per second). Faster conversion speed is especially welcome in systems with human interface, such as digital scales.
The TC850 incorporates an ADC and a μP-compatible digital interface. Only a voltage reference and a few, noncritical, passive components are required to form a complete 15-bit plus sign ADC. CMOS processing provides the TC850 with high-impedance, differential inputs. Input bias current is typically only 30 pA, permitting direct interface to sensors. Input sensitivity of 100 μV per Least Significant bit (LSb) eliminates the need for precision external amplifiers. The internal amplifiers are auto-zeroed, ensuring a zero digital output, with 0V analog input. Zero adjustment potentiometers or calibrations are not required.
The TC850 outputs data on an 8-bit, 3-state bus. Digital inputs are CMOS compatible while outputs are TTL/CMOS compatible. Chip-enable and byte-select inputs, combined with an end-of-conversion output, ensures easy interfacing to a wide variety of microprocessors.
Conversions can be performed continuously or on command. In Continuous mode, data is read as three consecutive bytes and manipulation of address lines is not required.
Operating from ±5V supplies, the TC850 dissipates only 20 mΩ. The TC850 is packaged in a 40-pin plastic or ceramic dual-in-line package (DIPs) and in a 44-pin plastic leaded chip carrier (PLCC), surface-mount package.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION
The GF9103 is specifically designed to simplify conversions from 4:2:2 component digital video to analog RGB or analog YCBCR component video. The GF9103 simplifies this process by performing 4:2:2 to 8:8:8 interpolation, digital color space conversion and digital SIN X/X correction in a single device. Immediately following the GF9103, three over-sampled channels of RGB or YCBCR data may be passed through Digital to Analog converters and simplified analog reconstruction filters.
The GF9103 accepts a single 10 bit stream of 4:2:2 data and internally de-multiplexes it into three 10 bit channels of YCBCR data. The YCBCR data is then passed through three linear phase FIR filters that over-sample the Y data by a factor of 2 and the CB and CR data by a factor of 4.
While operating in an over-sampled RGB output mode, the interpolated YCBCR data is passed through the internal color space converter to convert the YCBCR data to RGB data according to CCIR-601. Alternatively, the color space converter may be bypassed to obtain over-sampled YCBCR (8:8:8) output data. While operating in YCBCR output mode, setup may be dynamically inserted into the Luminance channel.
Prior to output rounding, over-sampled YCBCR or RGB data may be corrected for SIN X/X characteristics of D/A conversion. Output data may be rounded to 10 or 8 bit resolution per channel. CB and CR may be presented as signed or unsigned data.
The GF9103 is packaged in a 68 pin PLCC package, operates with a single +5 V power supply and typically consumes only 85 mA of current when operated at 27 MHz.
