Description
The MCP3425 is a single channel low-noise, high accuracy ΔΣ A/D converter with differential inputs and up to 16 bits of resolution in a small SOT-23-6 package. The on-board precision 2.048V reference voltage enables an input range of ±2.048V differentially (Δ voltage = 4.096V). The device uses a two-wire I2C compatible serial interface and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply.
The MCP3425 device performs conversion at rates of 15, 60, or 240 samples per second (SPS) depending on the user controllable configuration bit settings using the two-wire I2C serial interface. This device has an onboard programmable gain amplifier (PGA). The user can select the PGA gain of x1, x2, x4, or x8 before the analog-to-digital conversion takes place. This allows the MCP3425 device to convert a smaller input signal with high resolution. The device has two conversion modes: (a) Continuous mode and (b) One-Shot mode. In One-Shot mode, the device enters a low current standby mode automatically after one conversion. This reduces current consumption greatly during idle periods.
The MCP3425 device can be used for various high accuracy analog-to-digital data conversion applications where design simplicity, low power, and small footprint are major considerations.

General Description
AP1539 consists of step-down switching regulator with PWM control. These devices include a reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, error amplifier, internal PMOS.
AP1539 provides low-ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics. The PWM control circuit is able to vary the duty ratio linearly from 0 up to 99%. This converter also contains an error amplifier circuit as well as a soft-start circuit that prevents overshoot at startup. An enable function, an over current protect function and a short circuit protect function are built inside, and when OCP or SCP happens, the operation frequency will be reduced from 300KHz to 50KHz. Also, an internal compensation block is built in to minimum external component count. With the addition of an internal P-channel Power MOS, a coil, capacitors, and a diode connected externally, these ICs can function as step-down switching regulators. They serve as ideal power supply units for portable devices when coupled with the SOP-8L-DEP mini-package, providing such outstanding features as low current consumption. Since this converter can accommodate an input voltage up to 18V, it is also suitable for the operation via an AC adapter.

DESCRIPTION
The PWR70XXAC Series uses advanced circuit design and packaging technology to realize superior reliability and performance. A 170kHz driven push-pull oscillator is used to ensure stable frequency and non-saturating operation of the input stage. The MP7541B is a pin-compatible replacement which offers superior performance in latch-up and ESD protection versus the comparable 7541 and 7541A. The high ESD protection will reduce failures caused by mishandling. These devices are manufactured using patented advanced thin film resistors on a double metal CMOS process which result in ultra stable thin film and superior long life reliability and stability.
