Description
The S-7760A is a programmable port controller IC comprised of an E2PROM, a control circuit for data output, a circuit to prevent malfunction caused by low power supply voltage and others.
This IC operates at 400 kHz and interfaces with exteriors via I2C-bus, controls an 8ch digital output with a serial signal.
Among the digital output ports of 8 channels, the lower 4 channels have a timer function so that at each port, users are able to set the default value and inverted delay time. In the higher 4 channels, setting the fixed output is available at each port. The default value is maintained despite power-off because this IC has an E2PROM. The S-7760A is able to be used to control ON/OFF for the chips surrounding MPU and to output the default data that devices undamentally have.

General Description
SN11087 is a high-performance integrated circuit to access the NAND type Flash memory via the USB 1.1 bus. It provides a flexible and cost efficient single chip solution for external storage applications such as USB Disk (Flash Disk). With the capability to be pin-to-pin compatible to SN11085, the current user of SN11085 can easily upgrade to SN11087 with no engineering effort needed at all. With all the features inherited from SN11085/086 like the low 6MHz system clock to reduce the EMI, the embedded translation table to eliminate the cost of external memory, the Sonix proprietary randomization algorithm to extend the lifetime of flash memory and ensure the product robustness, and the real time ECC correction function, the SN 11087 adds several other unique features to reduce the cost of the end product and meet the customer’s requirements.
To enrich the product line of the OEM manufacture, with the ability to support 8 pieces of flash memories and the new types of 2G bits flashes, SN11087 can be used to build up a storage device up to 2 Giga bytes. To reduce the total cost of the end product, SN11087 incorporates a power MOS inside to meet the current requirement (500 uA) in USB suspend state. The usage of EEPROM can also now be eliminated by the capability to program the customized vendor/product ID/string in the flash itself. Therefore, the total cost is reduced by upgrade from SN11085 to SN11087.
For fulfilling different customers’ needs, SN11087 now provides several ways to build different end products. The first one is to provide different security functions. The OEM manufacturers can program one of the two ways in manufacturing via software. The flashing ways of LED can also be selected by software now. The pin 35 of SN11087 is now used to support new security feature. The original two security features provided in SN11085/86 still exist. The customers can select any one of them during the mass production stage, making production much easier. With these flexibilities, the manufacturers can easily build different products by using exactly the same components. The only place needs to be changed on PCB is pin 35.
The USB Mass Storage Class compliance capability of SN11087 makes it a truly “plug-and-play” device without vendor drivers under Windows 2000/ME/XP and Mac OS 9/10. SN11087 also provides PC boot up and data security function that exact the same as a floppy disk (1.44M), which makes it an ideal replacement for the legacy floppy disk.

Description
The SC4250 is a negative voltage hotswap controller that allows the insertion of line cards into a live backplane.
The inrush current is programmable, and the closed loop operation limits the maximum current even under short circuit conditions. A built-in timing circuit prevents false shutdown. The signal from the drain voltage is fed to the timer, providing safety for the MOSFET when in linear mode. The SC4250 latches off under abnormal conditions The power has to be recycled in order to resume operation.
The device comes in two options, PWRGD (SC4250H) and PWRGD (SC4250L). These high or low signals can be directly used to enable power modules.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CM6903A is a space-saving PFC-PWM controller for power factor corrected, switched mode power supplies that offers very low start-up and operating currents. For the power supply less than 500Watt, its input current shaping PFC performance could be very close to CM6800 or ML4800 architecture.
Power Factor Correction (PFC) offers the use of smaller, lower cost bulk capacitors, reduces power line loading and stress on the switching FETs, and results in a power supply fully compliant to IEC1000-3-2 specifications. The CM6903A includes circuits for the implementation of a leading edge, input current shaping technique “boost” type PFC and a trailing edge, PWM.
The CM6903A’s PFC and PWM operate at the same frequency, 67kHz. This higher frequency allows the user to design with smaller PWM components while maintaining the optimum operating frequency for the PFC. An PFC OVP comparator shuts down the PFC section in the event of a sudden decrease in load. The PFC section also includes peak current limiting for enhanced system reliability.

Description
The ISL62386 controller generates supply voltages for battery-powered systems. The ISL62386 includes two pulse-width modulation (PWM) controllers, adjustable from 0.6V to 5.5V, and two linear regulators, LDO5 and LDO3, that generate a fixed 5V output and a fixed 3.3V output respectively. Each can deliver up to 100mA. The Channel 2 switching regulator will automatically take over the LDO5 load when programmed to 5V output. This provides a large power saving and boosts efficiency. The ISL62386 includes on-board power-up sequencing, one power-good (PGOOD) output, digital soft-start, and an internal soft-stop output discharge that prevents negative voltages on shutdown.
The patented R3 PWM control scheme provides a low jitter system with fast response to load transients. Light-load efficiency is improved with period-stretching discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) operation. To eliminate noise in audio frequency applications, an ultrasonic DCM mode is included, which limits the minimum switching frequency to approximately 28kHz.
The ISL62386 is available in a 32 Ld 5x5 TQFN package, and can operate over the extended temperature range (-10°C to +100°C).

HT1625 is a peripheral device specially designed for I/O type MCU used to expand the display capability. The max. display segment of the device are 512 patterns (648). Description
The highly integrated SG6742HL/HR PWM controller provides several features to enhance the performance of flyback converters.
To minimize standby power consumption, a proprietary green-mode function provides off-time modulation to linearly decrease the switching frequency at light-load conditions. To avoid acoustic-noise problems, the minimum PWM frequency is set above 22KHz. This green-mode function enables the power supply to meet international power conservation requirements. With the internal high-voltage startup circuitry, the power loss due to bleeding resistors is eliminated. To further reduce power consumption, SG6742HL/HR is manufactured using the BiCMOS process, which allows an operating current of 2.7mA.
SG6742HL/HR integrates a frequency-hopping function internally that helps reduce EMI emission of a power supply with minimum line filters. Its built-in synchronized slope compensation achieves stable peak-current-mode control. The proprietary, internal line compensation ensures constant output power limit over a wide AC input voltage range, from 90VAC to 264VAC.
SG6742HL/HR provides many protection functions. In addition to cycle-by-cycle current limiting, the internal open-loop protection circuit ensures safety should an open-loop or output short-circuit failure occur. PWM output is disabled until VDD drops below the UVLO lower limit, when the controller starts up again. As long as VDD exceeds ~25V, the internal OVP circuit is triggered.
SG6742HL/HR is available in an 8-pin SOP package.
