DESCRIPTION
The MP2106 is a 1.5A, 800KHz synchronous buck converter designed for low voltage applications requiring high efficiency. It is capable of providing output voltages as low as 0.9V, and integrates top and bottom switches to minimize power loss and component count. The 800KHz switching frequency reduces the size of filtering components, further reducing the solution size.
The MP2106 includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and under voltage lockout. The internal power switches, combined with the tiny 10-pin MSOP and QFN packages, provide a solution requiring a minimum of surface area.

General Description
AP1539 consists of step-down switching regulator with PWM control. These devices include a reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, error amplifier, internal PMOS.
AP1539 provides low-ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics. The PWM control circuit is able to vary the duty ratio linearly from 0 up to 99%. This converter also contains an error amplifier circuit as well as a soft-start circuit that prevents overshoot at startup. An enable function, an over current protect function and a short circuit protect function are built inside, and when OCP or SCP happens, the operation frequency will be reduced from 300KHz to 50KHz. Also, an internal compensation block is built in to minimum external component count. With the addition of an internal P-channel Power MOS, a coil, capacitors, and a diode connected externally, these ICs can function as step-down switching regulators. They serve as ideal power supply units for portable devices when coupled with the SOP-8L-DEP mini-package, providing such outstanding features as low current consumption. Since this converter can accommodate an input voltage up to 18V, it is also suitable for the operation via an AC adapter.

DESCRIPTION
The IR3710 is a single-phase sync-buck PWM controller optimized for efficiency in high performance portable electronics. The switching modulator uses constant on-time control. Constant on-time with diode emulation provides the highest light-load efficiency required for all.
Programmable switching frequency, soft start, and over current protection allows for a very flexible solution suitable for many different applications. The combination of the gate drive charge pump option and constant on time control allow efficiency optimization in the whole output current range, making this device an ideal choice for battery powered applications.

General Description
AME5107 provides low-ripple power, high efficiency, and excellent transient characteristics.
The PWM control circuit is able to vary the duty ratio linearly from 0 up to 100%.
This converter also contains an error amplifier circuit as well as a soft-start circuit that prevents overshoot at startup.
An enable function, an over current protect function and a short circuit protect function are built inside, and when OCP or SCP happens, the operation frequency will be reduced from 350KHz to 30KHz.
Also, an internal compensation block is built in to minimum external component count.
With the addition of an internal P-channel Power MOS, a coil, capacitors, and a diode connected externally, these ICs can function as step-down switching regulators.

General Description
The AOZ1020 evaluation board is a fully assembled and tested circuit board built with the AOZ1020 buck regulator IC. It outputs a preset or adjustable voltage at up to 2A of continuous current. The evaluation board requires an input voltage from 4.5V to 16V. The output voltage is
preset and can be adjusted from 0.8V to V IN –0.4V
The AOZ1020-EVA circuit has features like current limit, short circuit protection, input under voltage lock out, internal soft start and thermal shut down. General Description
The LM20154 is a full featured 1 MHz synchronous buck regulator capable of delivering up to 4A of continuous output current. The current mode control loop can be compensated
to be stable with virtually any type of output capacitor. For most cases, compensating the device only requires two external components, providing maximum flexibility and ease of
use. The device is optimized to work over the input voltage range of 2.95V to 5.5V making it suited for a wide variety of low voltage systems.
The device features internal over voltage protection (OVP) and over current protection (OCP) circuits for increased system reliability. A precision enable pin and integrated UVLO allows the turn on of the device to be tightly controlled and sequenced. Start-up inrush currents are limited by both an internally fixed and externally adjustable Soft-Start circuit.
Fault detection and supply sequencing is possible with the integrated power good circuit.
The LM20154 features an open drain SYNCOUT pin which provides an external clock that matches the switching frequency of the device but is shifted by 180 degrees.
The LM20154 is designed to work well in multi-rail power supply architectures. The output voltage of the device can be configured to track a higher voltage rail using the SS/TRK pin.
If the output of the LM20154 is pre-biased at startup it will not sink current to pull the output low until the internal soft-start ramp exceeds the voltage at the feedback pin.
The LM20154 is offered in an exposed pad 16-pin eTSSOP package that can be soldered to the PCB, eliminating the need for bulky heatsinks.

The Micrel MIC22600 is a high efficiency 6A Integrated synchronous buck (step-down) regulator. The MIC22600 is optimized for highest efficiency and achieves more than 90% efficiency, while still switching at 1MHz over a broad load range with only 1μH inductor and down to 47μF output capacitor. The ultra-high speed control loop keeps the output voltage within regulation even under extreme transient load swings commonly found in FPGAs and low voltage ASICs. The NCP3102 is a high efficiency, 10 A DC-DC buck converter designed to operate from a 5 V to 13.2 V supply. The device is capable of producing an output voltage as low as 0.8 V. The NCP3102 can continuously output 10 A through MOSFET switches driven by an internally set 275 kHz oscillator. The 40-pin device provides an optimal level of integration to reduce size and cost of the power supply. DESCRIPTION
 The REG710 is a switched capacitor voltage converter, that produces a regulated, low-ripple output voltage from an unregulated input voltage. A wide-input supply voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V makes the REG710 ideal for a variety of battery sources, such as single cell Li-Ion, or two and three cell nickel- or alkaline-based chemistries.
 The input voltage may vary above and below the output voltage and the output will remain in regulation. It works equally well for step-up or step-down applications without the need for an inductor, providing low EMI DC/DC conversion. The high switching frequency allows the use
of small surface-mount capacitors, saving board space and reducing cost. The REG710 is thermally protected and current limited, protecting the load and the regulator during fault conditions.
 Typical ground pin current (quiescent current) is 65μA with no load, and less than 1μA in shutdown mode. The 5.5V version of the REG710 is available in a thin TSOT23-6 package. All other versions are available in a small SOT23-6 package.

General Description
The AP1515 series are monolithic IC designed for a step-down DC/DC converter, and own the ability of driving a 1.5A load without additional transistor component. Due to reducing the number of external component, the board space can be saved easily.

 The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then come into standby mode. The internal compensation makes feedback control have good line and load regulation without external design. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown is to prevent over temperature operating from damage, and current limit is against over current operating of the output switch. If current
limit function occurred and VFB is down to 0.5V below, the switching frequency will be reduced.

 The AP1515 series operates at a switching frequency of 150KHz thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include a guaranteed +4% tolerance on
output voltage under specified input voltage and output load conditions, and +15% on the oscillator frequency. The output version included fixed 3.3V
and an adjustable type.
