Description
The ISL6745A is a low-cost double-ended voltage-mode PWM controller designed for half-bridge and full-bridge power supplies and line-regulated bus converters. It provides precise control of switching frequency, adjustable soft-start, and overcurrent shutdown. In addition, the ISL6745A allows for accurate adjustment of MOSFET non-overlap time (“deadtime”) with deadtimes as low as 35ns, allowing power engineers to optimize the efficiency of open-loop bus converters. The ISL6745A also includes a control voltage input for closed-loop PWM and line voltage feed-forward functions. The ISL6745A is identical to the ISL6745, but is optimized for higher noise environments.
Low start-up and operating currents allow for easy biasing in both AC/DC and DC/DC applications. This advanced BiCMOS design also features adjustable switching frequency up to 1MHz, 1A FET drivers, and very low propagation delays for a fast response to overcurrent faults. The ISL6745A is available in a space-saving MSOP-10 package and is guaranteed to meet rated specifications over a wide -40°C to +105°C temperature range.

It is a full-bridge buffered power stage operating with an input voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V.
The device is designed to operate with a switching frequency of up to 2MHz, minimizing the cost and size of external components.
The AAT4901 is protected from shoot-through current by integrated break-before-make circuitry. The drivers can be independently controlled and their propagation delay, from input to output, is typically between 8ns-19ns dependent upon logic option.
Four options are offered providing a single input control, dual input control or as two independent half-bridges.
Other features include low RDS(ON) and low quiescent current allowing for high efficiency performance.

DESCRIPTION
 The UPD16803 is a monolithic dual H bridge driver circuit which uses N-channel power MOS FETs in its driver stage.
By employing the power MOS FETs for the output stage, this driver circuit has a substantially improved saturation voltage and power consumption as compared with conventional driver circuits that use bipolar transistors.
In addition, the drive current can be adjusted by an external resistor in a power-saving mode.
The UPD16803 is therefore ideal as the driver circuit of the 2-phase excitation, bipolar-driven stepping motor for the head actuator of an FDD.

The 33926 is a monolithic H-Bridge Power IC designed primarily for automotive electronic throttle control, but is applicable to any low-voltage DC servo motor control application within the current and voltage limits stated in this specification.
The 33926 is able to control inductive loads with currents up to 5.0 A peak. RMS current capability is subject to the degree of heatsinking provided to the device package. Internal peak-current limiting (regulation) is activated at load currents above 6.5 A ± 1.5 A. Output loads can be pulse width modulated (PWM’ed) at frequencies up to 20 kHz. A load current feedback feature provides a proportional (0.24% of the load current) current output suitable for monitoring by a microcontroller’s A/D input. A Status Flag output reports undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature fault conditions.
Two independent inputs provide polarity control of two half-bridge totem-pole outputs. Two independent disable inputs are provided to force the H-Bridge outputs to tri-state (high impedance off-state). An invert input changes the IN1 and IN2 inputs to LOW = true logic.

Overview
The AT78C5009 SATA Controller bridges the conventional Parallel ATA devices with Serial ATA PHY transceivers. It includes a Serial ATA Link layer, a Transport layer, a Command Layer, two 256 x 32 FIFOs and an IDE Host/Target Controller, a Serial ATA Core and an IDE Controller, and is fully compliant with Serial ATA Gen1. The PHY block is connected to the ATA block by a 20-bit transmit and a 20-bit receive data bus.
This host bridge is intended to adapt a Serial ATA Device interface to an Ultra ATA100 Host interface. Ultra DMA is a data transfer protocol used with the READ DMA, WRITE DMA, READ DMA QUEUED, WRITE DMA QUEUED, and PACKET commands.
