Description
The FAN2564 operates from a minimum input of 1.65V and provides outputs as low as 1.2V. Output current is guaranteed to 300mA, making this regulator ideal for digital loads.
The unique low input voltage capability and very low dropout make this device an ideal post regulator to a synchronous buck regulator. In this configuration, accurate low voltage regulation is provided without the inefficiencies typically related to linear regulators.
The enable pin can be used to initiate shutdown mode, where the operating current falls to an extremely low 10nA, typically.
The FAN2564 is designed to be stable with spacesaving ceramic capacitors as small as 0402 case size.
The FAN2564 is available in 4-bump 0.5mm pitch wafer-level chip-scale package (WLCSP) and a 6-lead 2 x 2mm ultra-thin molded leadless package (UMLP).

The Si4720/21 is the first single chip FM radio transceiver. The proven and patented digital architecture of the Si4720/21 combines the functionality of the Si470x FM radio receiver with the Si471x FM transmitter, offering full FM receive and transmit capabilities in a single, ultra-small 3x3x0.55 mm QFN package. The device leverages Silicon Lab's highly successful and proven FM technology, and offers unmatched integration and performance allowing FM receive and transmit to be added to any portable device by using a single chip. As with the Si470x and Si471x products, the Si4720/21 offers industry leading size, performance, low power consumption, and ease of use.
The Si4720/21's digital integration reduces the required external components of traditional offerings, resulting in a solution requiring only an external inductor and bypass capacitor, and a PCB space of approximately 15 mm2. The Si4720/21 is layout compatible with Silicon Laboratories' Si470x FM radio receivers, Si473x AM/FM radio receivers, and the Si471x FM radio transmitter solutions, allowing a single PCB layout to accommodate a variety of music features. High yield manufacturability, unmatched performance, easy design-in, and software programmability are key advantages of the Si4720/21.
The Si4721 is the industry's first single-chip integrated FM radio transceiver including both receive and transmit support for the European Radio Data System (RDS) and the U.S. Radio Broadcast Data System (RBDS). RDS allows digital information sent from the broadcaster to be displayed, such as station ID, song name and music category. In Europe, alternate frequency (AF) information is also provided to automatically change stations in areas where broadcasters use multiple frequencies. In transmit mode, digital information such as artist name, song title, music category, and branded messaging can be transmitted and displayed on any RDS/RBDS receiver.
Users are responsible to adjust their system's radiated power levels to comply with local regulations on RF transmission (FCC, ETSI, ARIB, etc.).

The ATS675 is the next generation of the Allegro® True Power-On State (TPOS) sensor family, offering improved accuracy compared to prior generations, gradual TPOS to Running Mode adjustment for accuracy-shift reduction, and longer output fall time for improved radiated emissions performance. The ATS675 provides absolute zero-speed performance and TPOS information.
The sensor incorporates a single-element Hall IC with an optimized custom magnetic circuit that switches in response to magnetic signals created by a ferromagnetic target. The IC
contains a sophisticated digital circuit designed to eliminate the detrimental effects of magnet and system offsets. Signal processing is used to provide device performance at zero target
speed, independent of air gap, and which adapts dynamically to the typical operating conditions found in automotive applications, particularly camshaft-sensing applications.
High resolution peak-detecting DACs are used to set the adaptive switching thresholds of the device, ensuring high accuracy despite target eccentricity. Internal hysteresis in the thresholds
reduces the negative effects of anomalies in the magnetic signal (such as magnetic overshoot) associated with targets used in many automotive applications. The resulting output of the
device is a digital representation of the ferromagnetic target profile. The ATS675 also includes a low bandwidth filter that increases the noise immunity and the signal-to-noise ratio of the sensor.
The device package is lead (Pb) free, with 100% matte tin leadframe plating.

The A5970AD is a step down monolithic power switching regulator with a switch current limit of
1.35 A so it is able to deliver more than 1 A DC current to the load depending on the application
conditions.
The output voltage can be set from 1.235 V to 35 V.
The device uses an internal P-channel D-MOS transistor (with a typical RDS(on) of250 mΩ) as switching element to avoid the use of bootstrap capacitor and guarantee high efficiency.
An internal oscillator fixes the switching frequency at 500 kHz to minimize the size of external
components.
Having a minimum input voltage of 4.4 V only, it is particularly suitable for 5 V bus, available in all computer related applications.
Pulse by pulse current limit with the internal frequency modulation offers an effective constant
