Overview
The LA4814V buili-in the power amplifier circuit capable of low-voltage (2.7V and up) operation and has additionally a standby function to reduce the current drain. It is a power amplifier IC optimal for speaker drive used in battery-driven portable equipment and other such products.

Overview
The AN12974A audio power amplifier features built-in AGC circuitry and Spatializer environ.
The Spatializer environ is Desper Products, Inc.'s exclusive signal processing technology that is able to generate surround sound for low-power mobile applications. The technology is based on the company’s commercial 3D audio production system, PROSpatializer Audio Production System. The AN12974A IC employs the same innovative technology of the PRO-Spatializer Audio Production System to enhance sound for products with close proximity speakers such as those on headphones and cellular phones to expand the soundfield for a much more spacious sound.

General Description
Mimix Broadband’s three stage 8.5-11.0 GHz GaAs MMIC power amplifier has a large signal gain of 21.0 dB with a +40.0 dBm saturated output power and also includes on-chip gate bias circuitry. This MMIC uses Mimix Broadband’s 0.5 m GaAs PHEMT device model technology, and is based upon optical gate lithography to ensure high repeatability and uniformity. The chip has surface passivation to protect and provide a rugged part with backside via holes and gold metallization to allow either a conductive epoxy or eutectic solder die attach process. This device is well suited for radar applications.

The ARA05050 is a GaAs IC designed to provide the reverse path amplification and output level control functions in a CATV Set-Top Box or Cable Modem. It incorporates a digitally controlled precision step attenuator that is preceded by an ultra low noise amplifier stage, and followed by an ultra-linear output driver amplifier. This device is capable of meeting the MCNS/DOCSIS requirements for harmonic performance at a +58dBmV output level while requiring only a single polarity +5V supply. Both the input and the output are single-ended and matched to 75 Ohms. The precision attenuator provides up to 30 dB of attenuation in 2 dB increments. The ARA05050 is offered in a 28-pin SSOP package that features a heat slug on the bottom of the package,

General Description
The XP1035-BD is a linear power amplifier that operates over the 5.9-9.5GHz frequency band. The device provides 26 dB gain and 39 dBm Output Third Order Intercept Point (OIP3) across the band and is comprised of a three stage power amplifier with an integrated, temperature compensated on-chip power detector. The SGL-0622 is a low power, high gain, fully matched LNA designed for 0.1 - 4GHz operation. This LNA is designed for low power, 2.7 to 3.6V battery operation. This amplifer is fully matched and requires only 4-5 external components to achieve 28.5 dB gain at 1.575 GHz and a noise figure of 1.5dB. This RFIC is fabricated using Silicon Germanium technology.
