PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The SST12LN01 is a cost effective Low Noise Amplifier LNA) which does not require external RF-matching components on PCB applications. This device is based on the 0.5μm GaAs PHEMT technology, and complies with 802.11 b/g applications.
SST12LN01 provides high-performance, low-noise, and mild-gain operations within the 2.4–2.5 GHz frequency band. Across this frequency band, this device typically provides 12-13 dB gain.
This LNA cell is equipped with a self DC-biasing scheme, which helps keep the DC consumption very low during operation. A pair of singled-ended, input and output ports is assigned to the LNA cell with a 50 RF match.
The SST12LN01 is offered in a 6-contact UQFN package. See Figure 2 for pin assignments and Table 1 for pin descriptions.

Sirenza Microdevices’ SZM-2166Z is a high linearity class AB Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) amplifier housed in a low-cost surface-mountable plastic Q-FlexN multi-chip module package. This HBT amplifier is made with InGaP on GaAs device technology and fabricated with MOCVD for an ideal combination of low cost and high reliability.
This product is specifically designed for 802.16 customer premise equipment (CPE) terminals in the 2.3-2.7 GHz bands. It can run from a 3V to 6V supply. DESCRIPTION
The MP8100 is a low-cost, precision, high-side current-sense amplifier. This device operates from a single 2.5V to 18V supply and typically consumes 17μA. It is ideal for today’s notebook computers, cell phones and other systems where battery/DC current monitoring is critical.
High-side current monitoring is especially useful in battery-powered systems since it does not interfere with the ground path of the battery charger. The input common-mode range of 1.5V to 18V is independent of the supply voltage and ensures that the current-sense feedback remains viable even when connected to a 2-cell battery pack in deep discharge.

General Description
The HMC-C050 is a GaAs HBT Ultra Low Noise Amplifi er in a miniature, hermetic module designed to operate between 2 and 18 GHz. This high dynamic range amplifi er module provides 13.5 dB of gain, 5 dB noise fi gure and up to +22.5 dBm of OIP3 with a single supply of +5V. The ultra low phase noise contribution of -160 dBc/Hz, enables superior modulation accuracy within transceiver architectures. The wideband distributed amplifi er I/O’s are internally matched to 50 Ohms and DC blocked for robust performance. General Description
The MP230 operational amplifier is a surface mount constructed component that provides a cost effective solution in many industrial applications. The MP230 offers outstanding performance that rivals many much more expensive hybrid components yet has a footprint of only 4.7 sq in. The MP230 has many optional features such as four-wire current limit sensing, a shutdown
control and external compensation. In addition, the class A/B output stage biasing can be turned off for lower quiescent current with class C operation in applications where crossover distortion is less important such as when driving motors, for example. A boost voltage feature biases the output stage for close linear swings to the supply rail for extra efficient operation.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SSM2335 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, Class-D audio amplifier. It is designed to maximize performance for mobile phone applications. The application circuit requires a minimum of external components and operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply. It is capable of delivering 3 W of continuous output power with <1% THD + N driving a 3 Ω load from a 5.0 V supply.
The SSM2335 features a high efficiency, low noise modulation scheme that requires no external LC output filters. The modu-lation continues to provide high efficiency even at low output power. It operates with 93% efficiency at 1.4 W into 8 Ω or 85% efficiency at 3 W into 3 Ω from a 5.0 V supply and has an SNR of >96 dB. Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation is used to provide lower EMI-radiated emissions compared with other Class-D architectures.
The SSM2335 has a micropower shutdown mode with a typical shutdown current of 20 nA. Shutdown is enabled by applying a logic low to the SD pin.
The device also includes pop-and-click suppression circuitry. This suppression circuitry minimizes voltage glitches at the output during turn-on and turn-off, reducing audible noise on activation and deactivation.
The fully differential input of the SSM2335 provides excellent rejection of common-mode noise on the input. Input coupling capacitors can be omitted if the input dc common-mode voltage is approximately VDD/2.
The default gain of the SSM2335 is 18 dB, but users can reduce the gain by using a pair of external resistors (see the Gain section).
The SSM2335 is specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C. It has built-in thermal shutdown and output short-circuit protection. It is available in a 9-ball, 1.5 mm × 1.5 mm wafer level chip scale package (WLCSP).

The AP561 is a high dynamic range broadband power amplifier in a surface mount package. The single-stage amplifier has 13.8 dB gain, while being able to achieve high performance for 2.3–2.9 GHz WiMAX applications with up to 39 dBm of compressed 1dB power.
The AP561 uses a high reliability +12V InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology. The device incorporates proprietary bias circuitry to compensate for variations in linearity and current draw over temperature. The device does not require any negative bias voltage; an internal active bias allows the AP561 to operate directly off a commonly used +12V supply and has the added feature of a +5V power down control pin. RoHS-compliant 5x6mm DFN package is surface mountable to allow for low manufacturing costs to the end user.
