GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The XRD87L99 is a flexible, easy to use, precision 10-bit analog-to-digital converter with 8-channel mux that operates over a wide range of input and sampling conditions. The XRD87L99 can operate with pulsed "on demand" conversion operation or continuous "pipeline" operation for sampling rates up to 2MHz. The elimination of the S/H requirements, very low power, and small package size offer the designer a low cost solution. No sample and hold is required for CCD applications up to 2MHz, or multiplexed input applications when the signal source bandwidth is limited to 100kHz. The input architecture of the XRD87L99 allows direct interface to any analog input range between AGND and AVDD. The user simply sets VREF(+) and VREF(-) to encompass the desired input range.
Scaled reference resistor taps @ 1/4 R, 1/2 R and 3/4 R allow for customizing the transfer curve as well as providing a 1/2 span reference voltage. Digital outputs are CMOS and TTL compatible.
The XRD87L99 uses a two-step flash technique. The first segment converts the 5 MSBs and consists of autobalanced comparators, latches, an encoder, and buffer storage registers. The second segment converts the remaining 5 LSBs.
When the power down input is "high", the data outputs DB9 to DB0 hold the current values and VREF(-) is disconnected from VREF1(-). The power consumption during the power down mode is 0.1mW.

Description
The CXA1396D are 8-bit ultrahigh-speed flash A/D converter ICs capable of digitizing analog signals at the maximum rate of 125 MSPS. The digital I/O levels of these A/D converters are compatible with the ECL 100K/10KH/10K.
The CXA1396D is pin-compatible with the earlier model CX20116. They can replace the earlier models respectively, without any design changes, in most cases. Compared with the earlier models, these new models have been greatly improved in performance, by incorporating advanced process, new circuit design and carefully considered layout.

Description
The EU101x is an OTP type 8-bit micro-controller with 2(EU1010)/4(EU1011) channels of 10-bit A/D converter using advanced CMOS process. The EU101x is specially designed for various industrial field applications. The EU101x incorporates two sets of 8-bit timer/counters, where timer0/1 is specially designed for PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) generator. There are 8 I/O ports and 12 I/O ports with EU1010 and EU1011, respectively. General Description
The TC850 is a monolithic CMOS A/D converter (ADC) with resolution of 15-bits plus sign. It combines a chopper-stabilized buffer and integrator with a unique multiple-slope integration technique that increases conversion speed. The result is 16 times improvement in speed over previous 15-bit, monolithic integrating ADCs (from 2.5 conversions per second up to 40 per second). Faster conversion speed is especially welcome in systems with human interface, such as digital scales.
The TC850 incorporates an ADC and a μP-compatible digital interface. Only a voltage reference and a few, noncritical, passive components are required to form a complete 15-bit plus sign ADC. CMOS processing provides the TC850 with high-impedance, differential inputs. Input bias current is typically only 30 pA, permitting direct interface to sensors. Input sensitivity of 100 μV per Least Significant bit (LSb) eliminates the need for precision external amplifiers. The internal amplifiers are auto-zeroed, ensuring a zero digital output, with 0V analog input. Zero adjustment potentiometers or calibrations are not required.
The TC850 outputs data on an 8-bit, 3-state bus. Digital inputs are CMOS compatible while outputs are TTL/CMOS compatible. Chip-enable and byte-select inputs, combined with an end-of-conversion output, ensures easy interfacing to a wide variety of microprocessors.
Conversions can be performed continuously or on command. In Continuous mode, data is read as three consecutive bytes and manipulation of address lines is not required.
Operating from ±5V supplies, the TC850 dissipates only 20 mΩ. The TC850 is packaged in a 40-pin plastic or ceramic dual-in-line package (DIPs) and in a 44-pin plastic leaded chip carrier (PLCC), surface-mount package.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADSD-1410S is a functionally complete, dual 14-bit, 10MSPS, sampling A/D converter. Its standard, 40-pin, triple-wide SMT DIP contains two fast-settling sample/hold amplifiers, two 14-bit A/D converters, multiplexed output buffers, a precision reference, and all the timing and control logic necessary to operate from either two or a single start convert pulse.
The ADSD-1410S is optimized for wideband frequencydomain applications and is fully FFT tested. The ADSD- 1410S requires only ±5V supplies and typically consumes 1.6 Watts. The digital output power supply is capable of directly driving 5V or 3V logic systems. Models are available in either commercial 0 to +70°C or military -55 to +125°C operating temperature ranges.

Description
The T89C51AC2 is a high performance CMOS FLASH version of the 80C51 CMOS single chip 8-bit microcontrollers. It contains a 32Kbytes Flash memory block for program and data.
The 16K bytes or 32K bytes FLASH memory can be programmed either in parallel mode or in serial mode with the ISP capability or with software. The programming voltage is internally generated from the standard VCC pin.
The T89C51AC2 retains all features of the 80C52 with 256 bytes of internal RAM, a 7-source 4-level interrupt controller and three timer/counters.
In addition, the T89C51AC2 has a 10 bits A/D converter, a 2Kbytes Boot Flash Memory, 2 Kbytes EEPROM for data, a Programmable Counter Array, an XRAM of 1024 byte, a Hardware Watchdog Timer and a more versatile serial channel that facilitates multiprocessor communication (EUART).
The fully static design of the T89C51AC2 allows to reduce system power consumption by bringing the clock frequency down to any value, even DC, without loss of data.
The T89C51AC2 has 2 software-selectable modes of reduced activity and 8 bit clock prescaler for further reduction in power consumption. In the Idle mode the CPU is frozen while the peripherals and the interrupt system are still operating. In the power-down mode the RAM is saved and all other functions are inoperative.
The added features of the T89C51AC2 make it more powerful for applications that need A/D conversion, pulse width modulation, high speed I/O and counting capabilities such as industrial control, consumer goods, alarms, motor control, ...
While remaining fully compatible with the 80C51 it offers a superset of this standard microcontroller. In X2 mode a maximum external clock rate of 20 MHz reaches a 300 ns cycle time.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
DATEL's ADS-325A is a low power, 10-bit, 20MHz, CMOS sampling A/D converter. Its small 48 pin plastic LQFP package contains a S/H amplifier, a 3-state output register, linearity calibration circuitry, and all necessary control logic. Only two external reference voltages, an A/D clock and a few digital inputs are required. The A/D clock may be applied with 50% duty cycle.
The excellent dynamic performance includes a spurious free dynamic range of 65dB and a signal-to-noise ratio with distortion of 54dB with a 3MHz input. ADS-325A is capable of operating from a single +5V power supply and typically consumes only 150mW. It can also operate from a +5V analog VS with +3.3V digital VS enabling an interface with 3.3V logic circuitry. The ADS-325A is ideally suited for high quality video/CCD imaging applications.

General Description
The CS5361 is a complete analog-to-digital converter for digital audio systems.
It performs sampling, analog-todigital conversion and anti-alias filtering, generating 24-bit values for both left and right inputs in serial form at sample rates up to 192 kHz per channel.
The CS5361 uses a 5th-order, multi-bit delta-sigma modulator followed by digital filtering and decimation, which removes the need for an external anti-alias filter.
