GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The W78E365 is an 8-bit microcontroller which has an in-system programmable Flash EPROM for firmware updating. The instruction set of the W78E365 is fully compatible with the standard 8052. The W78E365 contains a 64K bytes of main Flash APROM and a 4K bytes of auxiliary Flash LDROM which allows the contents of the 64KB main APROM to be updated by the loader program located at the LDROM; 256+1K bytes of on-chip RAM; four 8-bit bi-directional and bit-addressable I/O ports; an additional 4-bit port P4; three 16-bit timer/counters; a serial port. These peripherals are supported by a eight sources two-level interrupt capability. To facilitate programming and verification, the ROM inside the W78E365 allows the program memory to be programmed and read electronically. Once the code is confirmed, the user can protect the code for security.
The W78E365 microcontroller has two power reduction modes, idle mode and power-down mode, both of which are software selectable. The idle mode turns off the processor clock but allows for continued peripheral operation. The power-down mode stops the crystal oscillator for minimum power consumption. The external clock can be stopped at any time and in any state without affecting the processor.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The W83194BR-703 is a Clock Synthesizer for SIS 741 chipset with 964 South Bridge. W83194BR- 703 provides all clocks required for high-speed microprocessor and provides step-less frequency programming and 32 different frequencies of CPU, PCI, and AGP clocks setting, support two ZCLK clock and one pair current mode differential SRC clock outputs; all clocks are externally selectable with smooth transitions.
The W83194BR-703 provides I2C serial bus interface to program the registers to enable or disable each clock outputs and provides -0.5% and +/-0.25% center type spread spectrum or programmable S.S.T. scale to reduce EMI.
The W83194BR-703 also has watchdog timer to support auto-reset when systems hanging caused by improper frequency setting.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The W83321S is a high-speed, N-Channel synchronous buck regulator controller. The W83321S
employs fixed-frequency voltage-mode PWM control architecture. Both high-side and low-side
MOSFETs are lower cost N-Channel type. The regulator is biased from a 5V rail and the power for the high-side MOSFET can be supplied by a separate 12V rail or supplied from a local charge pump.
Current limit is achieved by monitoring the voltage drop across the on resistance of the low-side MOSFET. This method eliminates the requirement of extra current sensing resistor and avoids false trigger of OC protection when VIN varies. The adaptive non-overlapping MOSFET gate drivers help avoid potential shoot-through problems while maintaining high efficiency.

The W742S82A is a high-performance 4-bit micro controller (μC) that provides an LCD driver. The device contains a 4-bit ALU, two 8-bit timers, two dividers (for two oscillators) in dual-clock operation, a 40 X 4 LCD driver, six 4-bit I/O ports (including 1 output port for LED driving), and one channel DTMF generator. The W29F102 is a 1-megabit, 5-volt only CMOS flash memory organized as 64K ´ 16 bits. The
device can be programmed and erased in-system with a standard 5V power supply. A 12-volt VPP is not required. The unique cell architecture of the W29F102 results in fast program/erase operations with extremely low current consumption (compared to other comparable 5-volt flash memory products).
