General Description
The RT9247 is a multi-phase buck DC/DC controller integrated with all control functions for GHz CPU VRM. The RT9247 controls 2 or 3 buck switching stages operating in interleaved phase set automatically. The multi-phase architecture provides high output current while maintaining low power dissipation on power devices and low stress on input and output capacitors. The high equivalent operating frequency also reduces the component dimension and the output voltage ripple in load transient.
RT9247 controls both voltage and current loops to achieve good regulation, response & power stage thermal balance. Precise current loop using RDS(ON) as sense component builds precise load line for strict VRM DC & transient specification and also ensures thermal balance of different power stages. The settings of current sense, droop tuning, VCORE initial offset and over current protection are independent to compensation circuit of voltage loop. The feature greatly facilitates the flexibility of CPU power supply design and tuning.
The DAC output of RT9247 supports VRD10 by 6-bit VID input, precise initial value & smooth VCORE transient at VID jump. The IC monitors the VCORE voltage for PGOOD and over-voltage protection. Soft-start, over-current protection and programmable under-voltage lockout are also provided to assure the safety of microprocessor and power system.

General Description
The RT9168/A is a 200mA/500mA low dropout and micropower regulator suitable for portable applications. The output voltages range from 1.5V to 5.0V in 100mV increments and 2% accuracy. The RT9168/A is designed for use with very low ESR capacitors. The output remains stable even with a 1μF ceramic output capacitor.
The RT9168/A uses an internal PMOS as the pass device, which does not cause extra GND current in heavy load and dropout conditions. The shutdown mode of nearly zero operation current makes the IC suitable for batterypowered devices. Other features include current limiting and over temperature protection. The SOT-23-5 and SOP-8 packages are also available for larger power dissipation and design flexibility.

General Description
The RT9182 is a dual-channel, low noise, and low dropout regulator supplying up to 200mA current at each channel. The output voltage ranges from 1.5V to 3.3V in 100mV increments and 2% accuracy by operating from a +2.7V to +5.5V input.
The RT9182 uses an internal PMOS as the pass device, which consumes 165uA supply current (both LDOs on) independent of load current and dropout conditions. The EN1 and EN2 pins control each output respectively. When both outputs shutdown simultaneously, the chip will be
turn off and consumes nearly zero operation current which is suitable for battery-power devices. Other features include a current limiting, and over temperature protection.

General Description
The RT9817 is a micro-power voltage detector with deglitched manual reset input supervising the power supply voltage level for microprocessors (μP) or digital systems. It provides internally fixed threshold levels with 0.1V per step ranging from 1.2V to 5V, which covers most digital applications. It features low supply current of 3μA. The RT9817 performs supervisory function by sending out a reset signal whenever the VDD voltage falls below a preset threshold level. This reset signal will last the whole period before VDD recovering. Once VDD recovered upcrossing the threshold level, the reset signal will be released after a certain delay time. To pull reset signal low manually, just pull the manual reset input (MR) below the specified VIL level. RT9817 is provided in SC-82 and SOT-143 packages.
