The Microchip Technology Inc. 24AA128/24LC128/24FC128 (24XX128*) is a 16K x 8 (128 Kbit) Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), capable of operation across a broad voltage range (1.7V to 5.5V). It has been developed for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. This device also has a page write capability of up to 64 bytes of data. The MCP3425 is a single channel low-noise, high accuracy ΔΣ A/D converter with differential inputs and up to 16 bits of resolution in a small SOT-23-6 package. The on-board precision 2.048V reference voltage enables an input range of ±2.048V differentially (Δ voltage = 4.096V). The device uses a two-wire I2C compatible serial interface and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply.

General Description
The TC1031 is a low-power comparator and voltage reference designed specifically for low-power applications. The TC1031 is designed for operation from a single supply, however operation from dual supplies is also possible. The power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. The TC1031 can operate from two 1.5V alkaline cells, and operation is ensured to VDD = 1.8V. Typical active supply current is 6μA. Rail-to-rail inputs and outputs allow operation from low supply voltages with large input and output signal swings.
The TC1031 provides a simple method for adding useradjustable hysteresis without feedback or complex external circuitry. Hysteresis is adjusted with a simple resistor divider on the HYST input. A shutdown input, SHDN, disables the comparator and voltage reference and reduces supply current to less than 0.1μA (maximum) when taken low.

General Description
The TC850 is a monolithic CMOS A/D converter (ADC) with resolution of 15-bits plus sign. It combines a chopper-stabilized buffer and integrator with a unique multiple-slope integration technique that increases conversion speed. The result is 16 times improvement in speed over previous 15-bit, monolithic integrating ADCs (from 2.5 conversions per second up to 40 per second). Faster conversion speed is especially welcome in systems with human interface, such as digital scales.
The TC850 incorporates an ADC and a μP-compatible digital interface. Only a voltage reference and a few, noncritical, passive components are required to form a complete 15-bit plus sign ADC. CMOS processing provides the TC850 with high-impedance, differential inputs. Input bias current is typically only 30 pA, permitting direct interface to sensors. Input sensitivity of 100 μV per Least Significant bit (LSb) eliminates the need for precision external amplifiers. The internal amplifiers are auto-zeroed, ensuring a zero digital output, with 0V analog input. Zero adjustment potentiometers or calibrations are not required.
The TC850 outputs data on an 8-bit, 3-state bus. Digital inputs are CMOS compatible while outputs are TTL/CMOS compatible. Chip-enable and byte-select inputs, combined with an end-of-conversion output, ensures easy interfacing to a wide variety of microprocessors.
Conversions can be performed continuously or on command. In Continuous mode, data is read as three consecutive bytes and manipulation of address lines is not required.
Operating from ±5V supplies, the TC850 dissipates only 20 mΩ. The TC850 is packaged in a 40-pin plastic or ceramic dual-in-line package (DIPs) and in a 44-pin plastic leaded chip carrier (PLCC), surface-mount package.

The MCP73837 and MCP73838 devices are fully integrated linear Li-Ion / Li-Polymer battery chargers with autonomous power source selection. Along with its small physical size, the low number of external components required makes the MCP73837/8 ideally suitable for portable applications.
The MCP73837/8 automatically selects the USB-Port or AC-Adapter as the power source for the system. General Description
The TC74 is a serially accessible, digital temperature sensor particularly suited for low cost and small formfactor applications. Temperature data is converted from the onboard thermal sensing element and made available as an 8-bit digital word.
Communication with the TC74 is accomplished via a 2-wire SMBus/I2C compatible serial port. This bus also can be used to implement multi-drop/multi-zone monitoring. The SHDN bit in the CONFIG register can be used to activate the low power Standby mode.
Temperature resolution is 1°C. Conversion rate is a nominal 8 samples/sec. During normal operation, the quiescent current is 200 μA (typ). During standby operation, the quiescent current is 5 μA (typ).
