The LTM®8027 is a complete 4A, DC/DC step-down power supply. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, inductor and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V (7.5V minimum voltage to start), the LTM8027 supports output voltages up to 24V, and a switching frequency range of 100kHz to 500kHz, each set by a single resistor. Only the bulk input and output fi lter capacitors are needed to fi nish the design.
The low profi le package (4.32mm) enables utilization of unused space on the bottom of PC boards for high density point of load regulation. A built-in soft-start timer is adjustable with a small capacitor.
The LTM8027 is packaged in a thermally enhanced, compact (15mm × 15mm) and low profi le (4.32mm) over-molded land grid array (LGA) package suitable for automated assembly by standard surface mount equipment. The LTM8027 is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.

The LTM®9003 is a 12-bit digital pre-distortion receiver subsystem for the transmit path of cellular basestations. Utilizing an integrated system in a package (SiP) tech-nology, it includes a downconverting mixer, wideband fi lter and analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The system is tuned for an intermediate frequency (IF) of 184MHz and a signal bandwidth of up to 125MHz. The 12-bit ADC samples at rates up to 250Msps. The high signal level downconverting active mixer is optimized for high linearity, wide dynamic range IF sampling applications. It includes a differential LO buffer amplifi er driving a double-balanced mixer. Broadband, integrated transformers on the RF and LO inputs provide single ended 50Ω interfaces. The RF and LO inputs are internally matched to 50Ω from 1.1GHz to 1.8GHz.
The CLK input controls converter operation and may be driven differentially or single-ended. An optional clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance at full speed for a wide range of clock duty cycles.

The LT®4356 surge stopper protects loads from high voltage transients. It regulates the output during an overvoltage event, such as load dump in automobiles, by controlling the gate of an external N-channel MOSFET. The output is limited to a safe value thereby allowing the loads to continue functioning. The LT4356MP also monitors the voltage drop between the VCC and SNS pins to protect against overcurrent faults. An internal amplifi er limits the current sense voltage to 50mV. In either fault condition, a timer is started inversely proportional to MOSFET stress. If the timer expires, the FLT pin pulls low to warn of an impending power-down. If the condition persists, the MOSFET is turned off. After a cooldown period, the GATE pin pulls up turning on the MOSFET again.
The spare amplifi er may be used as a voltage detection comparator or as a linear regulator controller driving an external PNP pass transistor.
Back-to-back FETs can be used in lieu of a Schottky diode for reverse input protection, reducing voltage drop and power loss. A shutdown pin reduces the quiescent current to less than 7μA during shutdown for the LT4356-1 and 60μA for the LT4356-2 while keeping the reference and auxiliary amplifi er functioning.

The LTC®4057 is a constant-current/constant-voltage linear charger for single-cell lithium-ion batteries. Its ThinSOTTM package and low external component count make the LTC4057 especially well suited for portable applications. Furthermore, the LTC4057 is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications.
No external sense resistor is needed and no blocking diode is required due to the internal MOSFET architecture. Thermal feedback prevents overheating by regulating the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions.
The charge voltage is preset at 4.2V and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor.
When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the LTC4057 automatically enters a low current state, dropping the battery drain current to less than 2mA. With power applied, the LTC4057 can be put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 25mA.

The LTC®3526L/LTC3526LB are synchronous, fixed frequency step-up DC/DC converters with output disconnect. Synchronous rectifi cation enables high effi ciency in the low profi le 2mm × 2mm DFN package. Battery life in single AA/AAA powered products is extended further with a 680mV start-up voltage and operation down to 500mV once started.

The LTC®2355-12/LTC2355-14 are 12-bit/14-bit, 3.5Msps serial ADCs with differential inputs. The devices draw only 5.5mA from a single 3.3V supply and come in a tiny 10-lead MSOP package. A Sleep shutdown feature further reduces power consumption to 13µW. The LTC®1481 is an ultralow power differential line transceiver designed for data transmission standard RS485 applications. It will also meet the requirements of RS422.
The CMOS design offers significant power savings over its bipolar counterparts without sacrificing ruggedness against overload or ESD damage. Typical quiescent current is only
80mA while operating and less than 1mA in shutdown.
The driver and receiver feature three-state outputs, with the driver outputs maintaining high impedance over the entire common mode range. Excessive power dissipation caused by bus contention or faults is prevented by a thermal shutdown circuit which forces the driver outputs into a high impedance state. The receiver has a fail-safe feature which guarantees a high output state when the inputs are left open.

The LT®1373 is a low supply current high frequency current mode switching regulator.
It can be operated in all standard switching configurations including boost, buck, flyback, forward, inverting and “Cuk.”

The LTM®4600 is a complete 10A, DC/DC step down power supply. Included in the package are the switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and all support components.
