The Intersil ISL84467 device is a low ON-resistance, low voltage, bidirectional, Quad SPDT (Dual DPDT) analog switch designed to operate from a single +1.65V to +4.5V supply.
Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit from low rON (0.39Ω) and fast switching speeds (tON = 33ns, tOFF = 16ns).
The digital logic input is 1.8V logic-compatible when using a single +3V supply.
With a supply voltage of 4.2V and logic high voltage of 2.85V at both logic inputs, the part draws only 12μA max of ICC current.
Cell phones, for example, often face ASIC functionality limitations.
The number of analog input or GPIO pins may be limited and digital geometries are not well suited to analog switch performance.
This part may be used to “mux-in” additional functionality while reducing ASIC design risk.
The ISL84467 is offered in small form factor package, alleviating board space limitations.
The ISL84467 consists of four SPDT switches.
It is configured as a dual double-pole/double-throw (DPDT) device with two logic control inputs that control two SPDT switches each.
The configuration can be used as a dual differential 2-to-1 multiplexer/demultiplexer.

The ISL12030 device is a low power real time clock with 50/60 AC input for timing synchronization, clock/calendar registers, single periodic or polled alarms. There are 128
bytes of user SRAM.
The oscillator uses a 50/60 cycle sine wave input. The real time clock tracks time with separate registers for hours, minutes, and seconds. The calendar registers contain the date, month, year, and day of the week. The calendar is accurate through year 2100, with automatic leap year correction and auto daylight savings correction.

The ISL6256, ISL6256A is a highly integrated battery charger controller for Li-Ion/Li-Ion polymer batteries. High Efficiency is achieved by a synchronous buck topology and the use of a MOSFET, instead of a diode, for selecting power from the adapter or battery. The low side MOSFET emulates a diode at light loads to improve the light load efficiency and prevent
system bus boosting.
The constant output voltage can be selected for 2, 3 and 4 series Li-Ion cells with 0.5% accuracy over-temperature. It can also be programmed between 4.2V+5%/cell and 4.2V- 5%/cell to optimize battery capacity. When supplying the load and battery charger simultaneously, the input current limit for the AC adapter is programmable to within 3% accuracy to avoid overloading the AC adapter, and to allow the system to make efficient use of available adapter power for charging. It also has a wide range of programmable charging current. The
ISL6256, ISL6256A provides outputs that are used to monitor the current drawn from the AC adapter, and monitor for the presence of an AC adapter. The ISL6256, ISL6256A automatically transitions from regulating current mode to regulating voltage mode.
ISL6256, ISL6256A has a feature for automatic power source selection by switching to the battery when the AC adapter is removed or switching to the AC adapter when the AC adapter
is available. It also provides a DC adapter monitor to support aircraft power applications with the option of no battery charging.

DESCRIPTION
 The X28HC256 is a second generation high performance CMOS 32K x 8 EEPROM. It is fabricated with Intersil’s proprietary, textured poly floating gate technology, providing a highly reliable 5 Volt only nonvolatile memory.

 The X28HC256 supports a 128-byte page write operation, effectively providing a 24µs/byte write cycle, and enabling the entire memory to be typically rewritten in less than 0.8 seconds. The X28HC256 also features DATA Polling and Toggle Bit Polling, two methods of providing early end of write detection. The X28HC256 also supports the JEDEC standard Software Data Protection feature for protecting against inadvertent writes during power-up and power-down.

 The Intersil SLIC incorporates many of the BORSHT functions on a single IC chip. This includes DC battery feed, a ring relay driver, supervisory and hybrid functions. This device is designed to maintain transmission performance in the presence of externally induced longitudinal currents. Using the unique Intersil dielectric isolation process, the SLIC can operate directly with a wide range of station battery voltages.
 The SLIC also provides selective denial of power. If the PBX system becomes overloaded during an emergency, the SLIC will provide system protection by denying power to selected subscriber loops.

General Purpose Timers
The ICM7555 and ICM7556 are CMOS RC timers providing significantly improved performance over the standard SE/NE 555/6 and 355 timers, while at the same time being direct replacements for those devices in most applications. Improved parameters include low supply current, wide operating supply voltage range, low THRESHOLD, TRIGGER and RESET currents, no crowbarring of the supply current during output transitions, higher frequency performance and no requirement to decouple CONTROL VOLTAGE for stable operation.

 Specifically, the ICM7555 and ICM7556 are stable controllers capable of producing accurate time delays or frequencies. The ICM7556 is a dual ICM7555, with the two timers operating independently of each other, sharing only V+ and GND. In the one shot mode, the pulse width of each circuit is precisely controlled by one external resistor and capacitor. For astable operation as an oscillator, the free running frequency and the duty cycle are both accurately
controlled by two external resistors and one capacitor. Unlike the regular bipolar SE/NE 555/6 devices, the CONTROL VOLTAGE terminal need not be decoupled with a capacitor.
 
 The circuits are triggered and reset on falling (negative) waveforms, and the output inverter can source or sink currents large enough to drive TTL loads, or provide minimal offsets to drive CMOS loads.

Description
 The CA3039 consists of six ultra-fast, low capacitance diodes on a common monolithic substrate. Integrated circuit construction assures excellent static and dynamic matching of the diodes, making the array extremely useful for a wide variety of applications in communication and switching systems.
 Five of the diodes are independently accessible, the sixth shares a common terminal with the substrate. For applications such as balanced modulators or ring modulators where capacitive balance is important, the substrate should be returned to a DC potential which is significantly more negative (with respect to the active diodes) than the peak signal applied.

 The CA3046 consists of five general purpose silicon NPN transistors on a common monolithic substrate. Two of the transistors are internally connected to form a differentially connected pair.
The transistors of the CA3046 are well suited to a wide variety of applications in low power systems in the DC through VHF range. They may be used as discrete transistors in conventional circuits.  This family of CMOS analog switches offers low resistance switching performance for analog voltages up to the supply rails and for signal currents up to 80mA. “ON” resistance is low and stays reasonably constant over the full range of operating signal voltage and current. rON remains exceptionally constant for input voltages between +5V and -5V and currents up to 50mA. Switch impedance also changes very little over temperature, particularly between 0oC and 75oC. rON is nominally 25Ω for HI-5049 and HI-5051 and 50Ω for HI-5042 through HI-5047.
 All devices provide break-before-make switching and are TTL and CMOS compatible for maximum application versatility. Performance is further enhanced by Dielectric Isolation processing which insures latch-free operation with very low input and output leakage currents (0.8nA at 25oC).
 This family of switches also features very low power operation (1.5mW at 25oC). There are 7 devices in this switch series which are differentiated by type of switch action and value of rON (see Functional Description Table). The HI-504X and HI-505X series switches can directly replace IH-5040 series devices, and are functionally compatible with the DG180 and DG190
family.
