DESCRIPTION
The MS5541C is the miniature version of MS5535C pressure sensor module. It contains a precision piezoresistive pressure sensor and an improved version of the 16 Bit Micropower Sensor interface IC known from the MS5535C. Compared to the previous version the ESD sensitivity has been improved to 4kV on all pins. In addition to this the MS5541C is from its outer dimensions compatible to the MS54xx series of pressure sensors. It uses an antimagnetic polished stainless steel ring for sealing with O-ring. The sensor provides 16 Bit pressure and temperature data via a 3 wire serial interface that can be easily interfaced with 4 Bit low power microcontrollers. 64 Bit of factory programmed PROM provides calibration data for a highly accurate pressure and temperature calculation. The MS5541C is fully software compatible to the MS5535C and previous versions of MS5541.

DESCRIPTION
The sensor element of the MS7801 consists of a silicon micro-machined membrane with a Pyrex glass mounted under vacuum. Implanted resistors make use of the piezo-resistive effect. The absolute pressure sensor (MS7801A) carries a sealed vacuum reference cavity underneath the membrane whereas the differential sensor (MS7801D) has a hole in the Pyrex glass at the backside of the sensor.

It contains a precision piezoresistive pressure sensor and an improved version of the 15 Bit Micropower Sensor interface IC known from the MS5535B. Compared to the MS5535A the temperature range has been improved (-40 to +85°C). Other improvements concern the ESD sensitivity, current consumption and converter accuracy. In addition to this the MS5541B is from its outer dimensions compatible to the MS54xx series of pressure sensors. It uses an antimagnetic polished stainless steel ring for sealing with O-ring. The MS7305D pressure sensor die is designed for low pressure sensor systems with the highest demands on resolution and accuracy. Its sensor element consists of a silicon micro-machined membrane bonded on a Pyrex™ glass support. The sensor signal is proportional to the pressure difference between back and front side of the membrane. The pressure is sensed by four implanted piezoresistors, giving a large output signal.

DESCRIPTION
MS5536 is a family of high-resolution factory calibrated pressure sensors. The devices include a piezoresistive pressure sensor and a mixed signal IC.
The 3-wire serial interface ensures simple communication with any microcontroller.
The devices provide digital pressure and temperature information as 16-Bit data word each.
In addition 64-Bit of individually calibrated compensation coefficients are stored allowing for a highly accurate software compensation of process spread and temperature effects.
The devices have a very low standby current and automatically enter power down mode after each conversion.
The optimum compromise of refresh rate and average current consumption can be defined by the application software.
