The XR-2206 is a monolithic function generator integrated circuit capable of producing high quality sine, square, triangle, ramp, and pulse waveforms of high-stability and accuracy. The output waveforms can be both amplitude and frequency modulated by an external voltage. Frequency of operation can be selected externally over a range of 0.01Hz to more than 1MHz.
The circuit is ideally suited for communications, instrumentation, and function generator applications requiring sinusoidal tone, AM, FM, or FSK generation. It has a typical drift specification of 20ppm/°C. The oscillator frequency can be linearly swept over a 2000:1 frequency range with an external control voltage, while maintaining low distortion.

The XRD87L99 is a flexible, easy to use, precision 10-bit analog-to-digital converter with 8-channel mux that operates over a wide range of input and sampling conditions. The XRD87L99 can operate with pulsed "on demand" conversion operation or continuous "pipeline" operation for sampling rates up to 2MHz. The elimination of the S/H requirements, very low power, and small package size offer the designer a low cost solution. No sample and hold is required for CCD applications up to 2MHz, or multiplexed input applications when the signal source bandwidth is limited to 100kHz. The input architecture of the XRD87L99 allows direct interface to any analog input range between AGND and AVDD. The user simply sets VREF(+) and VREF(-) to encompass the desired input range.
Scaled reference resistor taps @ 1/4 R, 1/2 R and 3/4 R allow for customizing the transfer curve as well as providing a 1/2 span reference voltage. Digital outputs are CMOS and TTL compatible.
The XRD87L99 uses a two-step flash technique. The first segment converts the 5 MSBs and consists of autobalanced comparators, latches, an encoder, and buffer storage registers. The second segment converts the remaining 5 LSBs.
When the power down input is "high", the data outputs DB9 to DB0 hold the current values and VREF(-) is disconnected from VREF1(-). The power consumption during the power down mode is 0.1mW.

The XRP7604 is a non-synchronous voltage mode PWM step down converter with integrated high side FET optimized to drive high power LEDs at up to 1A of continuous current. A wide 4.5V to 29V input voltage range allows for single supply operations from industry standard 5V, 12V or 24V power rails.
A 1.2MHz constant operating frequency allows for small external components selection while an internal type II control loop compensation reduces the overall component count and solution footprint. The XRT6164 is a CMOS analog chip intended for general purpose line interface applications at bit rates up to 1.544Mbps (T1). It contains both receive and transmit circuitry in a 16-pin dual-in-line plastic package. The receiver is designed for short line applications having a cable loss up to 10dB measured at the half bit rate. The transmitter has open collector line driver outputs that are capable of handling up to 40mA. When used in conjunction with either XRT6165 or XRT6166, the chip set provides a 64Kbps codirectional interface as specified in CCITT G.703.

The XR-T7296 is a fully integrated PCM Line Driver IC intended for DS3 (44.736Mbps) or E3 (34.368Mbps) applications. It can also be used for transmitting SONET STS-1 (51.84Mbps) signals over coaxial cable. The IC is designed to complement either XR-T7295 DS3/SONET
STS-1 or XR-T7295E E3 Integrated Line Receivers. The XR-T7296 converts input clock and dual-rail unipolar data into AMI pulses according to AT&T Technical Advisory No. 34 or CCITT G.703 recommendations.
The device provides B3ZS (DS3) or HDB3 (E3) encoding functions for data to be transmitted to the line. A complimentary decoder circuit is also included in the chip for decoding received signals from an external line receiver. Both encoder and decoder functions can be disabled independently through external control pins. In the receive direction, coding errors and bipolar violations are detected and flagged at an output pin.
On-chip pulse shaper circuitry eliminates normally required external components for line equalization to meet the cross-connect template. For system level trouble-shooting and testing, both local and remote loop-backs are possible with the built-in loop-back circuit.
The XR-T7296 is manufactured using BiCMOS technology and is packaged in a 28-pin PDIP or SOJ packages. The device requires a single 5V power supply and consumes a maximum power of 700mW. (Line current feed + device dissipation).

The SP7682 or SP7682A provides a complete LED backlight and flash solution that is designed to drive 4 low current LEDs for backlighting and a single channel high current output for a LED flash. The SP7682 and SP7682A have serial interfaces that can program the backlight LED current in steps of 0.5mA up to 31.5mA and flash LED current in steps of 10mA up to 500mA. The SP7682A uses two single line serial interfaces for programming the backlight current and flash current. The SP7682 uses an I2C serial interface which also allows programming active, standby and shutdown states, selecting flash timeout periods and switching individual LEDs for the backlight. The XR-8038A is a precision waveform generator IC capable of producing sine, square, triangular, sawtooth, and pulse waveforms, with a minimum number of external components and adjustments. The 8038A allows the elimination of the external distortion adjusting resistor which greatly improves the temperature drift of distortion, as well as lowering external parts count. Its operating frequency can be selected over eight decades of frequency, from 0.001Hz to 200KHz, by the choice of external R-C components. The frequency of oscillation is highly stable over a wide range of temperature and supply voltage changes. Both full frequency sweeping as well as smaller frequency variations (FM) can be accomplished with an external control voltage. Each of the three basic waveform outputs, (i.e., sine, triangle and square) are simultaneously available from independent output terminals.
