GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CM3706 is a 1.5MHz constant frequency, slope compensated current mode PWM step-down converter. The device integrates a main switch and a synchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. It is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell lithium-Ion (Li+) battery. The CM3706 can supply 600mA of load current from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The CM3706 can also run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable system. Idle mode operation at light loads provides very low output ripple voltage for noise sensitive applications.
The CM3706 is offered in a low profile (1mm) 5-pin, thin TSOT package, and is available in an adjustable version.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CM6903A is a space-saving PFC-PWM controller for power factor corrected, switched mode power supplies that offers very low start-up and operating currents. For the power supply less than 500Watt, its input current shaping PFC performance could be very close to CM6800 or ML4800 architecture.
Power Factor Correction (PFC) offers the use of smaller, lower cost bulk capacitors, reduces power line loading and stress on the switching FETs, and results in a power supply fully compliant to IEC1000-3-2 specifications. The CM6903A includes circuits for the implementation of a leading edge, input current shaping technique “boost” type PFC and a trailing edge, PWM.
The CM6903A’s PFC and PWM operate at the same frequency, 67kHz. This higher frequency allows the user to design with smaller PWM components while maintaining the optimum operating frequency for the PFC. An PFC OVP comparator shuts down the PFC section in the event of a sudden decrease in load. The PFC section also includes peak current limiting for enhanced system reliability.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CM6805A is the Green-Mode PFC/PWM Combo controller for Desktop PC and High Density AC Adapter. For the power supply, it’s input current shaping PFC performance could be very close to the performance of the CM6800 or ML4800 leading edge modulation average current topology.
CM6805A offers the use of smaller, lower cost bulk capacitors, reduces power line loading and stress on the switching FETs, and results in a power supply fully compliant to IEC1000-3-2 specifications. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CM2596S series are step-down switching regulators with all required active functions. It is capable of driving 3A load with excellent line and load regulations. These devices are available in fixed output voltages of 3.3V, 5V, and an adjustable output version.
The CM2596S series offers a high-efficiency replacement for popular three-terminal linear regulators. Also it requires a minimum number of external components. It substantially not only reduces the area of board size but also the size of the heat sink, and in some cases no heat sink is required.
±4% tolerance on output voltage within specified input voltages and output load conditions is guaranteed. Also, the oscillator frequency accuracy is within ±15%. External shutdown is included, featuring 150μA (typical) standby current. The CM2836/B/C family is a positive voltage linear regulator developed utilizing CMOS technology featured low quiescent current (30μA typ.), low dropout voltage, and high output voltage accuracy, making them ideal for battery applications.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CM6802 is a green PFC/PWM. It is the new generation of ML4802, ML4841, ML4801 and ML4824-2. Its system clock frequency is generated by the external RT and CT, and then its PWM frequency is 50% of the clock and its PFC frequency is 25% of the clock. CM6802 is designed to be pin-pin compatible with CM6800 family, ML4800 family and ML4824 family. Its PWM (DC to DC section) can be easily configured to Voltage Mode or Current Mode. The green mode function can easily be designed so during the no load condition, its input power can be less than 0.75Watt without shutting off PFC. Its PFC green mode threshold and the PWM green mode threshold can separately set by selecting the proper the RC filter at ISENSE pin (pin3) and CT on RAMP 1 pin (pin 7). Power Factor Correction (PFC) allows the use of smaller, lower cost bulk capacitors, reduces power line loading and stress on the switching FETs, and results in a power supply that fully compiles with IEC-1000-3-2 specifications. Intended as a BiCMOS version of the industry-standard CM6800, CM6802 includes circuits for the implementation of leading edge, average current, “boost” type power factor correction and a trailing edge, pulse width modulator (PWM). Both PFC and PWM Gate-driver with 0.5A capabilities minimizes the need for external driver circuits. Low power requirements improve
efficiency and reduce component costs.
An over-voltage comparator shuts down the PFC section in the event of a sudden decrease in load. The PFC section also includes peak current limiting and input voltage brownout protection. The PWM section can be operated in current or voltage mode, at up to 250kHz, and includes an accurate 50% duty cycle limit to prevent  ransformer saturation.
When RAMP1 is 280KHz, fpfc is 70KHz and fpwm is 140KHz.
