DESCRIPTION
The 6-PAK™ is a modular system of control and boost SIPs. Each 6A control SIP can also drive up to 8 additional 6A boost SIPs in parallel, for a total of 54A. Each SIP accepts a regulated 5V input (+10%) and provides 2.5V to 3.6Vdc output. The circuit is optimized for high efficiency and fast load transient response needed by telecom, DSP and microprocessor applications.
Advanced thermal design, monolithic power circuitry and synchronous rectification result in outstanding performance and value. With integrated input filter and output capacitors, the 6-PAK system makes a complete power supply which requires no external components over the specified operating range. Pins are staked for wave solderability.

DESCRIPTION
The PWR60XX Series offers a low-cost alternative for some of the most popular DC/DC converters industry wide. Each model has very low noise and an outstanding MTTF. The superior reliability, excellent filtering, and low cost make it an excellent choice for industry-standard usage.
The series includes eleven models (other input and output voltages are available upon request), all set in an encapsulant for excellent thermal dissipation for internal components. The use of surface-mount devices and manufacturing processes combined with the encapsulation process, provides the user a product that is more environmentally rugged.
The PWR60XX has full isolation between input and output to give the designer maximum flexibility in grounding options and polarity configurations. The outputs are protected against shorts to increase the units survivability in harsh environments.

DESCRIPTION
The PWR70XXAC Series uses advanced circuit design and packaging technology to realize superior reliability and performance. A 170kHz driven push-pull oscillator is used to ensure stable frequency and non-saturating operation of the input stage. This means there are no high peak voltages or currents like other design topologies, which can severely reduce unit reliability. Reliability is further enhanced by the use of MOSPOWER transistors. These rugged devices permit higher frequency operation with less complicated drive circuitry than is possible with bipolar power transistors. Reduced parts count adds to the reliability of the PWR70XXAC Series.
Continuous short-circuit protection and foldback current limiting make the PWR70XXAC Series rugged devices for use in demanding system applications. These features add to the overall reliability of the PWR70XXAC Series by reducing the possibility of inadvertently damaging the unit due to an output overload.
The high efficiency of the PWR70XXAC Series means low internal power dissipation. With less heat dissipated, the PWR70XXAC Series can operate at higher ambient temperature with no degradation of reliablility.

DESCRIPTION
The LP02U Series is designed specifically for low-cost Local Area Network applications. It provides isolated power for LAN transceiver devices. The product operates from either 5 or 12 volts input voltage and supplies an isolated -9 volts output.
The LP02U Series is housed in an industry standard 24-pin dualin-line (DIP) package to permit upgrading of existing systems. A 100kHz push-pull oscillator is used in the input stage, complementing the units high efficiency and low noise characteristics.
The LP02U Series offers the user a cost effective solution without sacrificing reliability. A highly automated manufacturing process is employed in which all components are surface mounted and reflow-soldered, eliminating any hand-soldering during construction. This dramatically reduces unit variation and improves reliability.

DESCRIPTION
The VKQ100MS3V3 DC/DC converter presents an economical and practical solution for distributed power system architectures which require high power density and efficiency while
maintaining system modularity and upgradeability. With the ability to operate over a wide input voltage range of 36 to 75 Vdc, this module is ideal for telecommunications and battery backup
applications where input flexibility must be combined with output voltage regulation. In addition, the output is fully isolated from the input, allowing for a variety of polarity and grounding configurations.
Innovative circuit design using surface mount components results in a compact, efficient and reliable solution to DC/DC conversion needs. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ADSD-1410S is a functionally complete, dual 14-bit, 10MSPS, sampling A/D converter. Its standard, 40-pin, triple-wide SMT DIP contains two fast-settling sample/hold amplifiers, two 14-bit A/D converters, multiplexed output buffers, a precision reference, and all the timing and control logic necessary to operate from either two or a single start convert pulse.
The ADSD-1410S is optimized for wideband frequencydomain applications and is fully FFT tested. The ADSD- 1410S requires only ±5V supplies and typically consumes 1.6 Watts. The digital output power supply is capable of directly driving 5V or 3V logic systems. Models are available in either commercial 0 to +70°C or military -55 to +125°C operating temperature ranges.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
DATEL's ADS-325A is a low power, 10-bit, 20MHz, CMOS sampling A/D converter. Its small 48 pin plastic LQFP package contains a S/H amplifier, a 3-state output register, linearity calibration circuitry, and all necessary control logic. Only two external reference voltages, an A/D clock and a few digital inputs are required. The A/D clock may be applied with 50% duty cycle.
The excellent dynamic performance includes a spurious free dynamic range of 65dB and a signal-to-noise ratio with distortion of 54dB with a 3MHz input. ADS-325A is capable of operating from a single +5V power supply and typically consumes only 150mW. It can also operate from a +5V analog VS with +3.3V digital VS enabling an interface with 3.3V logic circuitry. The ADS-325A is ideally suited for high quality video/CCD imaging applications.
