General Description
The AAT2806 is a dual charge pump designed to support both the white LED backlight and flash applications for systems operating with lithium-ion/polymer batteries. The backlight charge pump is capable of driving up to four LEDs at a total of 80mA. The current sinks may be operated individually or in parallel for driving higher current LEDs. To maximize power efficiency, the charge pump operates in 1X, 1.5X, or 2X mode, where the mode of operation is automatically selected by comparing the forward voltage of each LED with the input voltage. AnalogicTech's S2Cwire™ (Simple Serial Control™) serial digital input is used to enable, disable, and set current for each LED with an eight-level logarithmic scale plus four low-current settings down to 50μA for optimized efficiency, with a typical operating quiescent current of less than 50μA.
The flash charge pump is a charge pump doubler with a regulated output voltage. It is designed to deliver 120mA of continuous current and up to 250mA of pulsed current. It has an independent
enable pin for improved power savings.
The AAT2806 has thermal protection and built-in softstart circuitry. A low-current shutdown feature disconnects the load from VIN and reduces quiescent current to less than 1μA.
The AAT2806 is available in a Pb-free, space-saving, thermally-enhanced TDFN44-16 package and is rated over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

General Description
The AAT1218 is a general purpose DC/DC synchronous boost (step-up) converter providing a tightly regulated DC output voltage for continuous output currents up to 1A (minimum). Operating input voltage must be less than the output voltage and in the 0.5V to 5.5V range, making the device well suited to portable equipment and consumer appliances.
The boost output voltage is programmed from 2.5V to 5.5V with an external resistor divider. Optimized internal compensation provides fast transient response with no external components.
Synchronous rectification eliminates the need for an external rectifier for output voltage less than 4.5V. Low on-resistance internal switches provide efficiency up to 95%, which minimizes losses and simplifies packaging and circuit board layout. An inductor, two resistors and two ceramic output capacitors are all that are required to implement a DC/DC boost solution.
The switching frequency is internally set to 1.2MHz to minimize external filter size and optimize switching losses.
Integrated soft-start ensures minimal inrush current. The “anti-ring” circuit reduces stray EMI during light load, discontinuous operation. Input quiescient current is less than 400μA at no load.
The device provides cycle-by-cycle current limit and overtemperature protection to prevent device over-stress.
The AAT1218 is available in a Pb-free, 12-pin low profile TDFN33 package or a 12-pin TSOPJW package; both packages are rated from -40°C to 85°C.

General Description
The AAT4674/4674-1 are members of Analogic - Tech’s Application Specific Power Management SmartSwitch™ family.
These devices are dual input single output power supply selector switches designed to operate from batteries, or any other power supply with an input voltage up to 6V.
The AAT4674/4674-1 connects the supply voltage on IN1 to OUT, or IN2 to OUT, through a very low RDS(ON) power MOSFET that minimizes voltage drops and power dissipation. The enable (EN) and select (SEL) pin voltages control the operational state of the internal power MOSFET switches.
Once enabled, the SEL pin will switch between the IN1 and IN2 inputs. If both input voltages are below the UVLO, then the AAT4674 output floats. In the case of the AAT4674-1, if one of the input voltages is above the UVLO threshold then that input voltage that is above the UVLO threshold is passed through to the output.
The two power switches are current limited and the current limit thresholds can be programmed through the resistors on IIN1 and IIN2 pins respectively.
The AAT4674/4674-1 are available in thermally enhanced, space-saving Pb-free 12-pin TSOPJW packages. The AAT4674/4674-1 are specified for operation over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

General Description
The AAT2513 is a high efficiency dual synchronous step-down converter for applications where power efficiency, thermal performance and solution size are critical. Input voltage ranges from 2.7V to 5.5V, making it ideal for systems powered by single-cell lithium-ion/polymer batteries. Each converter is capable of 600mA output current and has its own enable pin.
