General Description
The AME8819 is a CMOS linear regulator. It operated from 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage and delivers up to 600mA output current. The AME8819 provide low quiescent current (70uA typ) low dropout voltage (Vout=3.3V, 540mV @ 600mA typ), and excellent PSRR, thus marking them ideal for Data-Communications and battery applications.
The AME8819 provide over temperature and over current protected functions. It is stable with an output capacitance of 2.2uF or larger.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CAV414 is an universal multipurpose interface for capacitive sensors and contains the complete signal processing unit on chip. The CAV414 detects the relative capacitive change of a measuring capacity to a fixed reference capacity. The IC is optimised for capacities in the wide range of 10pF to 2nF with possible changes of capacity of 5% to 100% of the reference capacity.
The voltage output is formed by a high accuracy instrumentation amplifier in combination with an operational amplifier.
With only a few external components, the CAV414 is suitable for a great variety of applications including a zero compensation.

General Description
The AME41-ADJ is a micropower 3-terminal band-gap voltage regulator diode with a user adjustable output voltage. It operates over a 30mA to 20mA current range. Each circuit is trimmed at wafer sort to provide a ±0.50% initial tolerance. The design of the AME41-ADJ allows for a large range of load capacitances and operating currents. The low start-up current makes these parts ideal for battery applications.
AME offers this part in a TO-92 and SOP-8 packages as well as the space saving SOT-23.

General Description
The AME1117 is a 1A low-dropout positive voltage regulator. It is available in fixed and adjustable output voltage versions. Overcurrent and thermal protection are integrated onto the chip. Output current will limit as while it reaches the pre-set current or temperature limit. The dropout voltage is specified at 1.4V Maximum at full rated output current. The AME1117 series provides excellent regulation over line, load and temperature variations.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AM452 is an integrated transducer with an adjustable current output which has been specifically designed for the conditioning of differential input signals. It permits the independent adjustment of the offset and fullscale current using just a few components.
The IC consists of various functional modules. In addition to the instrumentation amplifier in the signal path there is an operational amplifier which is used to set the gain. The offset can be adjusted using the Zero adjust stage and/or the SET stage module.
An additional operational amplifier can supply external components. The adjustable current output stage permits 2- and 3-wire operation by way of a simple amendment to the circuitry.
The IC is distinguished by its many protective functions which include protection against reverse polarity and short-circuiting and also an internal current limit.

General Description
The AME5170 is a fixed off-time step-up DC/DC converter in a small SOT-25 package. The AME5170 is ideal for LCD panels requiring low current and high efficiency as well as LED application for cellular phone backlighting, PDAs, and other hand-held devices. The low 400ns off time allows the use of tiny external components. AME5170 is designed to drive up to four white LEDs in series with a constant current from a single Li-lon battery. To control LED brightness, the LED current can be adjusted by applying a PWM (pulse width modulated) signal with a frequency range of 100Hz to 50KHz to the EN pin.

General Description
The AME8844 family of positive, linear regulators feature low quiescent current (45mA typ.) with low dropout voltage, making them ideal for battery applications.
Output voltages are set at the factory and trimmed to 1.5% accuracy.
These rugged devices have both Thermal Shutdown, and Current Fold-back to prevent device failure under the "Worst" operating conditions.
